I will give details if you ask, but I'd rather not open up that door as I have passed it and matured. Why do you think you should be a Moderator:? Why do I think I should be a Moderator. First let me explain why we need new mods. We only have three good and active mods. Penq, Lolo, and Crafty. And then we only have three good admins, which one of them likely becoming Head-Admin. That leaves a lot of open space for good staff to come in and replace the old and bad. Now a little about me that proves why I should be staff. Being a Mod is a rewarding but difficult job. You need to learn how to use many plugins and how to decide what punishments to give out, if any. You also have to make sure people are having fun. Talking with members, playing with them, and helping them out to ensure they are having the most amount of fun possible. But you don't want to make it too easy for them or constantly be on their backs, because then they might get annoyed and want to leave. My personality type is ENFP, or the Campaigner. I am a major extravert. I love being with people and helping people, and more importantly, I'm a leader. I'm constantly being selected by teachers to be a leader in groups, and I often find myself starting things with my friends or taking the initiative to do something. My strengths are more than I'm just a leader, I'm independent and fun. As the short stop on my baseball team, I'm required to make game-changing mental decisions in split seconds, and often I make the right call. Whenever I am faced with a challenge, I tackle it from all angles. Starting with the routine way, then taking unorthodox approaches until I eventually create my own way to solve the problem. I have strengths, but I also recognize that I have weaknesses. I am constantly trying to eradicate my weaknesses to make myself a better person. I overthink. Sometimes when I am thinking really hard, I miss the more obvious answer. I don't get it because I expect something to be really complicated. I am getting better and better at not overthinking every day. Schedules also don't work well with me. Since I need a schedule as otherwise I will procrastinate, I try to work with a schedule rotation. I go from let's say working out from 4-5, and then HW from 5-7, and then MC from 7-9. The next day I'll have HW from 3-4, then MC from 4-7, then working out from 7-8. This isn't my real schedule I'm just saying an example. I love this server. I want to and will do anything I can to help this server more. How long can you be active on the server every day?: Generally I can knock out 4-5 hours, but depending on sports and studies, it could be less or more. What country do you live in?: I live in the USA, and my time zone is GMT -4 or EST. How long have I been on this server?: Geez I must've been on Webbcraft for around a year and a half now.
