-1 If this server was less than 2 years old, we'd consider accepting you. This server well is over half a decade old and we don't really need brand-new players as staff as we have a well-stocked supply of old and experienced players. Get to know the community, how it works, how we go about making it work, etc., and consider making a new mod app in at least 3 months from now. |

I'll have to give this app a -1.You are absolutely not ready for the position as you just joined. Instead of listening to mine and two other staff members recommendation that you wait at least 3-5 months before applying, you went ahead anyway. And besides, if you want to be a staff here, we require more than just being "good at MC". How are you able to make great change to the community, and what can you offer besides what everybody else ALSO offers?
