I have not been banned anywhere. I’m a good gorl. Why do you think you would be a good moderator? Being a part of the Mush Co. community has always been important to me. I have a passion for helping people, especially new ones or those who often get left behind because they’re not as good at a game. I think this really helps the overall experience for new players, making it more possible for them to remain and become a part of our community. Sometimes it’s hard for staff to care for everything needed when they’re online, and having extra eyes online to help with more minor issues (not that helping players is minor). My activity has been good lately and will remain that way. I am often on during hours when there is no staff on. I’ve seen first-hand how hectic the server can get late at night with pointless arguments. I stay up pretty late and can cover night shifts :) this way the server isn’t so lonely for new players that join. I am also an active and (sorta) well known member of the community. I think my kindness towards others and my willingness to help shows through my actions on the server. Being a philosopher, I am able to have an open mind and see multiple sides, yet also remain unbiased, as is needed when there are problems on the server. It’s important to me that the community remains fun, but not getting out of hand. It’s minecraft! We’re all here to have fun with each other, and we need more staff that are willing to actively engage with all members of our community. My goal for being mod would be to help bring more engagement and make sure players are having fun! If it helps, I also have leadership experience. I was vice-president then president of my college’s philosophy club and also Treasurer for my school’s honor society. I am able to organize, plan, and execute events, which would help for more community events that hopefully would bring our community even more together! How long can you be active on the server every day? I can be on for probably 5-6 hours a day if not more. I’m usually very active at night, around 10 or 11 pst until 2 am pst. I also get on when I wake up in the morning usually from like 9am to noon pst What country do you live in? California, USA How long have you byn on the server? My join date is October 2014. However, I didnt really engage with people on the server until around 2016 because I was very shy. Took a break and came back last year and really began engaging with the community. I’m back from a long break after personal issues, but I’m back for good. There’s no place like Mush Co. I would love honest feedback! If I'm going to be mod I want to be not only a fun mod, but a good and responsible one as well. Bring forth thy concerns. |
