I would like to try out TRIAL mod! If I even do anything bad on my trial then you can just kick me back to VIP+. (Which you probably will. :D) my IGN sHICHIMIYA_MIKi age 12 gender female :< banned? Well, the correct answer, yes. BUT, in my defense, it's something JamesSkullBlood told me was ok. Besides, it was 3 days I mean jeez. It's nothing to start a, like, #freeaoi thing over. why should you have trial mod...? I think I should have trial mod because, I know I've done some things I'm not proud of in the past, and that's why I think I should have a limited time to see, you know, how well I do with things, how much I know, how I handle situations, how mature I can really be... I just like to be stupid and immature and I think that's what caused me to get into this trouble. how long can I be active? Probably 1-3 hours a day. On Saturdays, probably 30 mins -1 hour what country do you live in...? I live in the US how long have you been on the server...? In addition to that, this very sentence shows that you lack confidence and sincerity in this mod app. Already enough to make me -1 this pathetic mod app. Well, the correct answer, yes. That's not only pathetic, it shows how stupid you are in making this mod app again. You failed once, and now you expect people to just forget about it? They won't. You act as if you're doing this just to test your maturity, which is actually really sad, since there are things out of minecraft that can test your maturity. In addition to all of that, I would like to point out your last mod app, which was probably the saddest thing I've ever seen on webbcraft. You lack everything I want in a mod: maturity, a sense of respect, not being power hungry, and confidence. This entire thing just proves how desperate you are for mod powers. Not only will I -1 this, I will make it my personal job to make sure you never achieve mod in the future. You're overly emotional, desperate, have a lack of any attention to the community, and lack any form of discipline whatsoever. The fact that you added this means that you know you did something wrong, and is holding a grudge against people indicating immaturity. It would be most mature to take responsibility for your mistake and just leave it at that. that's why I think I should have a limited time to see, you know, how well I do with things This is called trial mod, once again, everyone gets this so that is unnecessary to state. Also, this section is pretty bare. It says to state why you think you should be a moderator, and you technically didn't state any good qualities you would have that would benefit the server. So i wouldn't know if I should vote for you or not because there is a lot of missing info. . I just like to be stupid and immature and I think that's what caused me to get into this trouble. Instead of stating your good qualities, you stated something that would not be beneficial and would further indicate that you are not ready for this position. Also, please don't give me a -1 right as soon as you see my name. /:( People tend to do that to me,, Well, the reason that some might do this is because of the previous things you have posted in the forums, things you have said to people, and just the way you act and respond to things. Not saying that what they're doing is right, but you kind of have a shaky reputation, emotion wise. Other comments: Other than that, first of all, this app is pretty bare. The structure is pretty good but there is a lot of missing important information, and a lot of extra unneeded information. You should edit this because this might add on to why people give you so many -1's , you state so much you do wrong and , honestly, I don't see any reasons here why I should vote for you. In-game, irl, with social media in general, and just communicating with people at all, you tend to get very upset with things easily. That's something that you should work on, because a lot of people don't cooperate with things right away, or will not understand things, or will just make people upset. And we can't have someone who is yelling (caps, getting upset) with everyone all the time. And then the whole incident with the 'announcement' ,1) that was only opinion based, on both parts. You were upset because you got so many -1's, but you had a choice to not get upset about it, and just take their advice and work harder at things. That's the whole purpose of moderator applications, and being able to comment on them. 2) I don't need your guys' opinion, okay? this is something you stated in it. But again the whole purpose is to note peoples opinions and suggestions and to take them seriously. If you don't change bad habits then what good will it do. And then there was the ban issue, you probably knew that wasn't something you should be doing in the first place. If you didn't , then you should take your ban respectfully, knowing that you did something wrong, and not just get upset and comment on that. That shows resentment, which gets me into my next comment. Judging on how you act around players and people, you will probably be very biased. You and some players on mush are doing projects and things together often, and judging on how you act around them, you probably wouldn't give them a punishment if it was needed, or just a lighter punishment than others. And with some others, you probably would just ban them right away. Because of this, which is attached to your anger issues, we would probably have some problems which would get your trial mod taken away, or further punishment. Another thing, you and some other players often caps/spam. Myself and others warn you about this often, and your response often is 'i know i shouldn't do it but its just needed sometimes'. Now, if you were a moderator, this would look bad on their part. You telling people not to do things but then doing them yourself is unacceptable. In conclusion, you should work on your anger issues, make sure you would never be biased, stop spamming and caps, add a lot more to your mod app, take a lot of things out, and I think just over time you will mature more. Personally I don't think this is a good fit for you right now. Keep trying and working at it though. You have potential. Refrain |

One quick thing:Don't take this in a bad way. I'm just pointing out things and trying to give constructive criticism, which is what everyone is trying to do. you are just taking it all the wrong way. This is here to help you not hurt you. Take this seriously and not just as people who hate you. I would be happy to see you as mod, just not at this time. |

-1Seriously, you need to wait before you actually apply. Also, you get Trial-Mod anyways whenever you're application is approved, and you get Mod when you're accepted. Trial-Mod is simply for staff to help you learn the commands and make sure you're an unbiased, and non-abusive staff member for when you obtain Mod. Anyways, back onto the app, you're insanely sensitive and need more time to mature, and don't let people's comment soak into your skin. Really, just hold back before applying for any sort of staff position. You need to be able to take the hate, criticism, and be as unbiased as possible, because of the way that you reacted on your application and your announcement, you'd falsely punish players in some of the worst ways in my opinion, simply because of a simple comment. Also, you were recently banned, so you kinda need to redeem yourself and show that you'd never do any sort of activity like that again. |

There are two things that i recommend for you as of right now :- Keep playing the game and do not think about getting a staff spot for now. You can keep being immature and tbh, at your age, you should not act as if you were 20 years old. - Acquire some experience before getting mod for the server. Try to have a mentor who can help you to make your way up where you want. If you start as a faction mod, this would allow you to understand some basics of "authority", or to allow you to act as an example for others. Ask for advices, and before saying something, think about how you would react if you were this person. It seems simple, or maybe a bit complicated, but if you want to get mod or in an authority position someday, it has to be natural for you to act this way. If you want to be immature, be immature. But that implies that you will unlikely be a mod. I could go into more details, but i don't like to write long boring texts. Unfortunately, even if i've seen you as a nice person in general, i don't think that you are ready to get mod. -1 |
