Before you rush to a -1 let me explain. I resigned because i couldn't take the amount of hate i got, but because of this new rule i feel i can take it all on. Although my life is a little stressy its a lot less because i've got a lot less on my plate now which also means i have more free time so i can be more active on the server. If you have anymore worries or concerns please contact me. What is your In game name? My username is elliedlm but my nickname is Ellie. How old are you? I am 13 years old. Although i may seem young i have been moderator before for around a year so I'm used to being judged for my age. What is your gender? I am female. Have you been banned on any other servers? No i have not and i do not intend to get banned. Why do you think you should be Moderator? I believe i should be moderator because i like helping the community and overall helping and if you show me respect i show respect back. I have also been moderator before so i know all the commands. I'm aware i wasn't the best at banning but i now know to get proof first and then punish and I already knew the consequences of grief i only perm banned if it was over 500 or if someone stole over 10-25 rare blocks it really depends honestly. Plus i was online yesterday and no staff were online and none were online this morning so i think i can cover those time zones. Anything else you wanna know just ask as long as its reasonable. How long can you be active on the server everyday? I have very little to do except go to school so fairly active. On Monday i get back from school at 4pm so i can get online from 4pm till 11pm-1am. On Tuesday i get back at 3pm so i can be online from 11pm-1am again along with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but Saturday i can be on from 1pm to 4-5am and Sunday 1pm to 2-3am. What country do you live in? United Kingdom In Bristol if you want to be exact. How long have you been on the server? A year Aiming for 2 years. Could be longer I'm not sure. if they are mature enough to be staff, then no, age doesnt matter. if your hypothetical 3 year old was more mature and developed than that 22 yr old, then the 3 yr old would be staff. Age does not matter in this issue, capability does. |

Re opened. But before you comment anything I've been to many counsellors and have been told that they think I'm stable and in a good place. I've recently just lost my father who battled for his life from alcoholism for a year. I believe that my mental state and family life was affecting my staffing and my all around behaviour. I'm not proud of how i acted. I know i could've been better and i want to be, I miss helping people and fixing griefs and the amazing community altogether. I did get hate as staff and i completely understand why i got it. I was a bad staff member. I would've probably made a complaint about myself too. I know that may spoil my chances but i want to be honest and not lie. There are also a few people i would like to apologise to from how i acted as staff are when i wasn't. Different people have different views on "right decisions" And i know a lot about drinking problems and what affect they cause because my dad recently died of alcoholism and ive had multiple professionals explain their behaviour to me. So no not all heavily intoxicated people can make the right decision at the time they probably think its right. |

I wasnt outstanding as staff last time because i was going through a lot of stuff and im not telling literally everyone they can choose wether they want to im not forcing anyone to do anything. And Jordan i dont think i abused my permissions at all. I only snapped because as i said was going through a very hard time and wasnt mentally stable.But thank you for your comments. |

The fact that you bring my demotion into this and say “the reason” for it (which isnt accurate at all) shows the attitude of ellie’s supporters. How about instead of bringing my situation into this you actually show that ellie is good staff, not bring up negative sides about their past?If you want an example about you being hypocritical, a prime one is this application. On my mod app you bring up my past and give that as your reasoning, but when I do the same you make excuses and say “you’ve changed” and that you need a second chance. Sorry, thats not how it works. |
