Good morning guys.I've been considering this for a while now, but I didn't tell anyone because there isn't any people on the server I can really trust. I am not going to resign as a staff member, and stop playing, but I'm going to make it clear. I'm not having as much fun on the server like I used to. I find the server uninteresting now, and the only real reason I was playing for the past few weeks is because of staff. Usually, and I said this in my administrator application, I play on the server to have fun and staff is just something I do on the side. But recently like I just said, I'm not playing on the server to have fun anymore, because I can't have fun. How can I have fun knowing that one of our "trusted" admins is possibly breaking the law as a right this? Here is what I have to say. Luigi, I understand that Chip may not have done as much bad stuff as mentions in mumfie' complaint, but it's still a lot. And even if he didn't do anything wrong, It's the players that are getting staffed, and it should've their decision who they trust. And if they don't trust chip, then he should be staff. Ultimately, what I am saying is that it isn't only your choice Luigi. You aren't the one getting staffed, the players are. Therefor it should be their choice with your approval. If you'd like to demote me, go ahead. I'm sure there would be better players as staff than me. I'm not resigning. Let me make that clear. I'm not sure if it would be worth demoting me, but it's not my choice and I understand that. Thanks for reading. |

Luigi hasn't demoted me because he believes in the justice system. Where everyone is innocent until proven guilty.He will not allow a complaint made by a toxic player, with 0 evidence, to permit a demotion of "one of the best staff members". Multiple times I have said to luigi that if he wants to demote me, then he should do it right there and then when I was talking to him. He said be doesn't want to - but that's a point that we all see already. As I am innocent, and only been protrayed as guilty by false accusations and testimonies, it's is down to the community to open their eyes and believe in the truth. I am no different to any other 16 year old. I have not done anything out of the ordinary that a 16 year old would do. I'm not a pervert, I am not a pedophile, I do not / did not use my rank to have one up on players and force images out of them - that's honestly just fucking ridiculous. There is always evidence of anything that I have been accused of - but none has been shown, because I didn't do it. Ask anyone involved with mumfie to show evidence. This can be achieved by ask for: -Screenshots -Chat logs (if they say that they lost them, ask for a date and time and ask luigi to check for them) -skype messages If someone tries to say that I did this over snapchat (to evade them from gathering evidence) then I can tell you right now everyone on the server that is on my snapchat / ever has been on there. -Lerz -Brittnee -lolo -armz -Mumfie -Willis -jazzy -clockpiece -Guiness -lennskie -ellie -crafty1212 -edie (Lerz' brother) If they can't show specific evidence of their claims, it's bullshit. Don't allow their wording to convince you. Only allow their evidence. |

God, I thought for one week we could drop this subject. Between Sparqy's posts, which at this point are becoming repetitive and somewhat annoying, and this, I don't think we ever can drop it. Luigi made his decision a long time ago. Staff members have resigned, and did it make a difference? No, it didn't, because of Chip as far as I am concerned has done nothing illegal, or anything worthy of demotion. Sure I joke around about him spreading my IP, but I doubt Chip would risk his own staff spot to get back at me for that, and also because Chip knows that he can't get away with it. Chip is a good guy, and honestly, I just hope the forums and the members of the server can drop this subject. |

I noticed that the server is very peaceful at the moment, and has been ever since I joined back. I must say, I've never seen so little drama on this server in a very very long time. No matter who is guilty of what, this has truly made most of the conflictmakers of the server to either become banned or made them leave.Only the forums gets a few hiccups once in a while, but it's the forums, it is to be expected. |

Please realise I did say "one of our admins is a POSSIBLY breaking the law.They are just claims, and that's how I see them too. My apologies if that came across the wrong way. |
