Might sound a bit unreliable due to recent events, but yes, I agree, and I am typing this as a neutral person.Lately Crafty's interest in this server has decreased a lot, she used to tell me that on skype. This is most likely because of other people getting promoted to admin instead of her, who has been mod for like a year now. Because of that she puts less effort in her job as a staff member. Whenever she is online she tends to ignore people who need help, as harvoo today who had trouble with a glitcher at his warp, I believe. Another reason of why she puts less effort in her job is because of her increasing interest in other games, as osu! and playing games with her scandinavian friends. There's nothing wrong with that but it affects her playtime on this server, as she isn't much online anymore as she used to before. Because of this reasons I agree with what death stated above and that there would be people who could do better than her, take PumpkinPiePhD or Thomas who is now trial as an example, and believe me, I am being as objective as possible here. I do believe that Crafty isn't the best of the staff members, but there are currently far worse. I'd suggest focusing on them instead. |

True Penq, but the difference is that you seem to be unaffected by it and you still do your job well in my eyes (I have no idea how you truly feel about others being promoted instead of you, but this is how you come over to me).Crafty on the other hand seems to be affected by it and in my eyes she does her job less good than usual because of it. This is just how I observe it. |

Everyone can see it, unfortunately, Crafty's way too inactive to be a staff. As I type this right now I just saw Crafty come on, then leaving just less than 2 minutes after, literal speaking.Apart from the fact that she lost all interest whatsoever, she could be the best staff members, she's just too inactive.
