This has been coming for a while... I could just feel it in me. So here is what happened just moments ago on Mush Co. Sparqy - Today 7:32 PM> Banned Sauasgeman June 24, 2016. Griefing on multiple occasions by causing trouble among players and staff. Asked to stop killing animals on a faction's land and continued doing so with warnings. Tried to slay a player on faction land, player turned PvP off and was then smited by Sauasgeman. Took item from player after said player dropped a sword on the ground and refused to give it back. After being asked to return it, he hid it in a chest underground in the wilderness which staff used /homes Sauasgeman:sword to retrieve. -Killing faction's animals with two warnings -Smiting player with warning after player turned PvP off -Stole sword from player and refused to give it back, hid it in the wilderness, one warning. Broken rules: Rule 1: Do not grief. -Killing animals, taking item. Rule 3: Be nice to other players. -Killing animals, taking item. Rule 4: Do not be abusive. -Smiting player after player turned PvP off. -Sparqy & Chip_Bruh. (Sparqy & Chip_Bruh. Bannes by -Staff) Taking someone's item after they asked for it back is illegal, and it is considered grief and breaking rule three and one. No, my PvP was on and I turned it off when you attacked me and kept trying to hit me, then you smited me when I had it off near you. You attacked my pigs on my land after being told not to which is illegal. It is as well abuse of power smiting someone who has PvP off. |

After you replied 'yes' to me asking if you had Dylan's sword I requested for you to come to me via tpa, when you didn't, I teleported you by force to give it to him, but you did /back and said you no longer had it because evidently you had it hidden in wilderness with a home set named 'sword'. No, I didn't follow you in vanish nor did I have PvP on before you attacked me, you deliberately hit me and kept swinging until I turned it off and thus you smited me. |

It's hard to take you truthfully when you've lied so many times in that discussion with him. I have multiple witnesses of your behavior and they will all agree of it being troll-y. You also had prior tempbans and jails, but you still have no motivation to follow the rules, so I think a permanent ban will do good in setting you straight. I hope when you do get unbanned that you will take the rules seriously and not bully people. Cheers. :^) |

Heres my Unbiased response:A lot of what sausage has done wrong, but not as bad as what many other players have done in the past, more or less like sage or wowman. Taking the sword (Claimed by accident) is not against the rules, especially in the wild, although, it would be irritating I admit. Also if it truly only was one smite, at worst, you should have only warned him, etc. I it had been like 3 or more, you should have requested luigi to remove his /smite command. And I believe sausage also said that the animals he killed were unfenced, so I think I could see why he would have killed them without much thought as opposed to fenced animals. If I have any wrong information up there, please inform me :p -DC |

He as well had prior tempbans of the same violations.I would have acted differently if it were a Default who has just joined the server and may have skipped past the rules, but if someone has had multiple chances to show they can follow the rules competently and has failed every time they were given another chance, things are different. I believe it would be unjust to warn someone multiple times over who has broke the rules beforehand and knows the consequences. Sauasgeman has no regards of the rules from what I've seen, and often gets angry at me because I remind him of the rules that hold him back from doing anything rash. I believe this ban will show him that rules are a mandatory set of instructions of what not to do on the server and guides players in the right path to a peaceful community-- it's obligatory. He's had multiple chances to correct his behavior over the course of his time on this server and with the tempbans given because of the actions he took beforehand. Wowman got 13 chances and I only get one TRUE chance, I had warnings in the past but not 13 perma bans and getting unbanned from all of them, dont you think by like the 2 perma ban he would know what the rules are??? NO!He still acted up and got banned 11 more times. I can see has changed and Sowwie for doing this wowman but the past is still logs and facts and scientific crap. Maybe another chance to be fair about it since I could name a few people who have been banned for not doing well with the rules and coming back and they have changed for the better\. |

Sparqy just because you got beef with sausage, or should i say pork ;) doesn't mean you can use your power to ban him. Killing wild pigs by smiting once is not a bannable offence. And yes he took a shit sword that someone threw, on my land, meaning it is fair play. anyone knows that. Also he was being a dick in chat, no denying but he was already punished for that... an hour after it happened. I was completely against his unban, if you took the time to visit his ban appeal. You had tempbans and warnings in the past which made you eligible for permanent banishment for your offenses.Harvey, maybe you should know what you're talking about before you say anything incoherent in an argument. No he did not smite my pigs on my land. He kept killing my pigs even when I told him to stop. He smited me after I turned my PvP off to prevent being killed. He took a sword from someone, hid it, lied about it on forums, but ultimately refused to give it back to begin with. If you've taken the time to see Sauasgeman's forum posts, you'll see they are quite degrading and express a hatred of me. I've been called a bad admin countless of times, but only for doing my job which he apparently hates me for. I'm not abusive, and my decision here was completely justified for his permanent ban. He broke rule one three times, rule three three times and rule four one time with warnings given between each offense. Ask the following people who were there and have witnessed it more than you, because you obviously don't know the situation, you shouldn't be taking a side with your information all wrong. v Ninja97us, PumpkinPiePhD, Chip_Bruh, Ra1nbowQueen, Kerochii64. All of these folks were there and saw what happened and saw that he was eligible for a ban, and you may ask them if you feel like you need your information. |

Sparqy this is so agitating it hurts. They were not your pigs because they were not fenced in. People used to come across my land all the time and kill pigs, cows, chickens, creepers, etc. But since they were not fenced in, they're was no harm done. And also, I killed one or two pigs and punched the second or third multiple times. |

A permanent ban is a final step in a rehabilitation process that lets players improve their morals and ethics in game, as well as behavior. You've had tempbans before which were supposed to help.
