Hello all! It's that time of the year, when we vote for our favourite staff members!I create these polls every few months, so we can see what the community thinks of all the staff members, it will show who the community thinks does the best job as staff. The staff who get no or few votes aren't necessarily bad staff, but they need to step up their game in order to be considered the best of the best. So without further ado, here is the poll: http://strawpoll.me/7332616 The main rule: Do not tell people who don't play on the server to vote for you or the staff you like. It won't make them a better staff. Feel free to comment why you voted for the person you voted for in the comment section! |

Just to point out that this type of voting gets the "favourite" staff member. A lack of votes doesn't show that people are bad staff because people cannot vote for multiple people. People will go on to this poll and have to pick their favourite staff member, when they should be allowed to choose their top 3. This will ensure clearer results.The results from this poll should also take into consideration the results from the other post: http://webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=4985. This will give a better picture of what people think of the staff. |

Even though i dont like faster at all shes the only staff that actually has the guts to ban people and not jail people for breaking spawned in boats for a fake party. ARMZ!!! |

Yes, Larus! They did last week :D Much like Eddie has stated, this gets the favourite staff members, not the best. People may dislike a staff member because they have been banned before by that staff member rightfully. And aswell as what Crafty said, us staff at the bottom could feel hurt from these votes, anyways I couldn't be bothered if people like me or not, I sure care and hope they do, but if they don't I won't let that stop me from doing my job as a staff member. However, it is great to see what the community likes, for the rest of us staff to look up to and improve from. |

In the past few months the staff have been divided and these polls are not helping. How does having more votes on this give staff the "right" to say that they are a better staff member?We shouldn't be ranking staff members like this. They were made staff for a reason and we should respect that fact. If people have a serious problem with a certain staff member, they should take it to the complaints section and deal with it there. These polls are getting people stressed and frustrated. |

^ill have to agree, this is pointless. This will just start more rage and anger from you guys, before 2016, almost everyone was nice, friendly, and more social, but now its changing in a bad way, in my opinion. |

We've had staff polls for ages, and it wasn't a problem back then, nobody complained about Penq's polls either. Nobody has complained before, so I've continued to make them every once in a while, with the aim of making the staff do even better with the aim of coming high on the poll, sort of like an employee of the month thing that you may find in some companies.But sure, this will be the last one if no one likes it. |

These polls are negative and positive, as explained above. I agree, those with lesser votes will feel degraded and of less worth to the team. However, it can be used as an encouragement tool. Only issue I can see being real is the ego boosts and for the love of God.. don't go there. Please. |

Lots of the comments above are very annoying. Who cares if they're not someones favourite staff. My favourite staff member is Sparqy, but that doesnt mean I dislike the rest of the staff. Christ. I was going to vote Crafty, until I read her comment. These polls are not stupid, these polls are not pointless. They show which staff member everybody likes best, which mod deserves a promotion, and a couple of other things. Also quite hurtful to the staff at the bottom? Jeez. Do you really care if you arent someones favourite video game moderator? Is that how sensitive and childish you are? You'd get upset over someone liking someone else more than you? Wow... Eddie. These polls dont give the staff the right to say they are a better staff member. Because the results of this poll show who everybody's favourite staff member is, not who the best staff member is. People vote faster because she's nice and she's their friend, not because she's the best staff member. |
