I was permanently banned some time within the past week for grief and spite claiming.I recently apologised personally and privately to leke21 for our troubled history which I’m sure he would verify if necessary. But I also realise that this issue has also resulted in me being very disrespectful to several people. To lero, I am sorry to have questioned your abilities and your impartiality. I was clearly aggravated and now having cooled off, I can accept and appreciate that you were just doing your job and helping to protect leke21 and his experience on the server. To the rest of the staff team, I apologise for my lack of knowledge about the rules which resulted in me accusing you all of many things which simply are not true, such as being biased and unfair. Much like lero, you guys simply just do your job and I’m sorry if i made any of you feel wrong for doing so with my words and actions. Furthermore, to sukovic, thank you for explaining the reasoning behind my ban to me and sorry for my aggressive and sarcastic responses. Regardless of my lack of knowledge of the full rules, the staff were ultimately right in saying that I claimed the land to get back at leke21 and continue to annoy him. The truth is that I did break the rules, and I accept any punishment that staff deem necessary in ensuring this doesn’t happen again and that I have learnt my lesson. This being said, I certainly do hope that I can receive a reduction in my sentence from a permanent ban to something lesser. I do love this server, and although i’m far from its most active or sociable player, returning to it is one of my favourite things to do when I have the time. I hope that my actions in the past weeks don’t inhibit my ability to continue to return to this server which I enjoy playing on so very much. Thank you, Spyro0104 |

First of all - when appealing, the apology needs to be publicly visible, either on the appeal itself or included in a screenshot.Several staff were skeptical of the sincerity of this appeal, since it sounds a bit forced and fake. So, we verified with Leke, and he confirmed that he never spoke or made amends with you - he didn't even receive an apology. The appeal has been Denied. You're welcome to revise this appeal or make a new one after you've apologized, but understand that you may have to wait quite some time before we consider your next appeal, as you've failed two already and appear to be trying to waste our time. |
