Villagers Disapearing Due to Update / Possible Break In

I am not sure whether the farmer was killed by a zombie, but the mending villager was most definitely killed by a player, since it was fully encased in stone. I would like this to be fixed, or just entity's in general, because all of our item frames are gone as well. Thanks, Pug
