Length of your ban: 5 days Have you been banned from Mushroom before? : No, I've never been banned and it is kinda shocking to me cuz I was never banned on any server and I literally play every day all day and I love this server. What was the date of your ban? : September 1st (ew school starts tomorrow) Why should we unban you? : I'm a good person. (Not really but I can't imagine myself not playing this server for 5 days, I am truly sorry :( I'm not a monster going to eat the server or crash it or do shit like that, You guys can keep an eye on me for as long as you like. I won't do it again (I know it's my fifth warning and I should've stopped earlier) I apologize for doing it <3 Hopefully, I could get a shorter ban :( |

-1I’ve heard this ‘I won’t do it again’ talk from you before and then you turned around to do it again a few days later, one time even a few minutes later. I’d say waiting out this ban could be good for ya as you had many warnings about this and have only taken it somewhat seriously (maybe not at all) since you were tempbanned. |

You spam advertise your shops, you were a terror earlier on to new Defaults (murdering them and squatting in their bases), and for me, the most annoying part is that you turn any conversation back to yourself...look at the appeal. Narcassitic. All of that really doesn't mean squat...however, if this is the 5th offense...that's on you, Staff. Really? Of all the problems we've had since the new world went live and then we give this person FIVE chances. We still keep it to a tempban? Why? What value does this person bring our community? Does this happen in the real world? Screw up in school or at your job...I guarantee you won't get five chances. You are fired, suspended, expelled...This is on staff for not having convictions. The sheer ammount of times i have caught him lying to me and other people makes me wanna hang a kitten off a lightpost. Hell i even agree with Aould for an extension of the ban+1 for Aould. -1 I've not been around for much long, but from what I've seen while being in the same faction as Tasty, and of his distasteful behaviour and reputation in the server, I can say the temp ban will do him very good. It might give him some self consciousness about his toxic behavior and speaking of the whole turtle situation he has most likely done it on a daily basis minimum, as I tend to login mostly daily and every single day there was a noticeable lag at our base, the place where he was spamming mobs. -1and when he returns, take away his fucking permissions. He claimed the spot where I farm trees (plenty of space next to it) and made some parkour shit. He has a bunch of shops which he advertises {/me &6-> me] &fhay u shud kum 2 my shop an bye sum shet -insert warp name here-} then covered everything (including where my trees are) with non-removable warp signs to his shop. He spams, gets warned, spams, gets warned, but never fucking stops. He's toxic as all hell and nobody likes him. Make that idiot a default, have him reagree to all the rules he broke, and give that VIP rank (which he didn't pay for from what I hear) to someone who deserves it. |

For all the people that gave well-thought-out responses, I am happy to see that. What Tasty did was wrong and negligent of staff authority, but it gives none of you the right to treat him like shit. How are some of you going to talk abt toxic language considering the chat above? Aouldrain I am at least happy at the end of it you wanted to retract it, but guys this is vile and terrible behavior from a community. Although he might be at fault he is still a person and that shouldn't give people the right to say "you. are. fucking. hell." or even change your names to taunt and abuse tasty.
