When you were banned: an hour ago or so
This is fucking bullshit. A mute? Sure. A ban? Wtf. I asked a simple question to the player and they did not answer. It was a rather important question.

Earlier that day I asked the person if we could be in a relationship and they said yes. Then later that day when we were talking the person claimed we weren't. I asked them if they even wanted to and after asking multiple times and after 5 minutes of asking they finally said no. Then I left.

Don't be unreasonable and biased against staff Karbs. If he isn't gonna show us the question that was asked, it's obviously something he doesn't want to show. It tells that he's guilty about asking it. If it would prove his innocence, he would show us the question. Instead, he tried to dodge it, proving his innocence.

There's one thing when it's You Pheo or Sak doing your usual stuff, not bannable. It's another thing when somebody harasses somebody over Minecraft because he's so thirsty he tries to get a Minecraft girlfriend unironically. It's pretty sad.

It was a hell of a lot more than a question.

And it wasnt just sniff and ranthar, Karbs.
I kept him banned myself, and after viewing the whole situation, and the evidence, which is of personal nature and will not be released without the permission of the other player jason is talking about, not a single staff member disagreed with keeping Jason banned permanently.

(we are talking about stuff leaning towards what lifoo did.)

You're being extremely biased and did not hesitate to ban me without hearing my part of the story. Look at the chatlogs from August 1st at around 2 PM UTC to find proof that the relationship was not non-existent. This situation is extremely unfair for me.

I did not ask any sexual questions. I originally though I was banned for trying multiple times to ask the person if we were in a relationship or not. Then later, Loki talked to me on discord and told me that the person claimed the relationship was non existent. So that's probably why I was banned. I'm still waiting for those logs.

Alright, I give in. I was (and probably still am) extremely stupid and desperate to try and have a minecraft relationship. While I do not think this case was any form of harassment, I do feel sorry for the person, because I made them very uncomfortable. I couldn't tell if I was being creepy or not at the time, but after looking through the logs that I seemed a little creepy after asking for pictures. But my intentions were not bad, because I tried to fill the hole that has been inside me ever since Ivy broke up with me. I thought it was stupid to ban me for just this, but it turns out this was not the only case. About a year ago, I had a fight with a transgender person because I did not agree on their view on gender. I was warned by Loki that if I ever harassed (it was more of a fight) anyone else ever again that I would be banned. I have also harassed Ivy multiple times trying to become friends with her, but she didn't want to. I feel extremely stupid and embarrassed after seeing and thinking about all of this and honestly can't believe how desperate I really am. I hope everyone finds it in themselves to forgive me. I swear that I won't harass Ivy again and that I won't try to have another minecraft relationship ever again. I feel truly pathetic. Please forgive me.

The type of people I absolutely despise are those who act as if they’re always correct, and then radically change their attitude once they realize that they are wrong. Anyone who resorts to anything that petty needs help.

Then, you go on to say that your actions are justified, going as far as insulting those who comment on your ban appeal, as well as withholding evidence from those who are viewing this appeal. Your attitude, as well as your actions disgust me.

It is understandable that as an edgy 16-year old the comments you make seem quirky and weird, but should you ever look at them it the future your spine will shatter from the cringe it will induce. What stands out and sticks with a person more than harsh words are those that are said calm, cool, and collected. I am sure you have a great personality, and in the real world aren't nearly as rash, so it would be much more pleasing to see that part of you.

Is a contradictory statement. An apology warrants a "radical change in attitude" since the person realizes their wrong doings and wants to correct them. I am gonna leap on assumption and presume you are talking about fence sitters, or those people with no spine, who are on both side of an argument, correct me if I am wrong.

To Jason:
Go out side bud, there are plenty of people out there to share your life with. E-girls suck, because they can't. I do believe you feel embarrassed, and pathetic, but I doubt the any remorse, but rather regret for your actions. Chances are if you have had this behavior multiple times, there will be more occurrences of it unless an outside force intervenes. I however, don't think this is a bannable offence, as not enough evidence has been provided to swing my opinion in the other way. I do believe you should be stripped of /msg and and perma-muted for several months so that you won't be tempted to try to hit on all those blocky girls.

I'm back. I've waited for over 2 months and I'm here to sincerely apologize for what I did. I have noticed though, that on my ban appeal people seem to think I was sexually harassed a player. Yes, I was banned for that, but not that kind of sexual harassment. I attacked a transgender person. I did not agree with their views on genders, I got angry and attacked them. I called what they were doing "fucking idiotic" and other demeaning stuff like that. I drove them to the point of crying. I feel extremely bad for this. It was never my intention to offend them, or make them sad. I should have been more considerate with my views. I should've thought twice about attacking a person going through an enormous struggle. Back then, I wasn't really informed on the subject and I didn't really know the reason to why people would want to change their gender. Now I do, and I was an ignorant asshole.

The other reason for my ban, was harassing Ivy_Cat. Most people know our situation and I'm not going to explain it, but I haven't spoken to her in months, and haven't harassed her in about 6 months.

The last reason for my ban, was harassing a player who would like to remain anonymous. This is what I initially saw as the reason for my ban. People think I sexually harassed them, but I didn't. The creepiest thing I did was ask them for a picture of their face because I thought we were in a relationship. I still see it as a really big misunderstanding, I thought we were in a relationship, and I was trying to get to know them, which from their point of view came off as creepy since they thought that we weren't in a relationship. I'm sorry for making them feel uncomfortable, but I can't apologise for misunderstanding the situation. We used to be friends, but because of my stupidity and my desperation in getting a girlfriend have completely destroyed that friendship. If people really want to see the chat logs of that last reason, ask Loki. I sent them to him and he can blur out their name. Why am I not posting the chat logs? Because it's kind of personal and it's very embarrassing to me.

I now see that I was very toxic on the server and it was probably the best for me to be banned. But I have changed now. I've done my time, I've sorted out my personal problems and I'm ready to become a productive member of the community. Please forgive me.

I'm going to have to give you a -1 for now, Randito pointed out that you've said that you didn't consider some of what you did harassment at all, when it clearly is. Because of this it leads me to believe that you don't understand that what you were doing was very wrong (The case where you were "dating" a player much older than you, and how you ended up making them quit the server, with or without realizing it.).

The other reason I'm -1ing is because you never learn. This is the FOURTH female player that you've harassed, and you can't say that you weren't warned, I clearly recall warning you within a week of your ban for harassing Ivy by trying to teleport to her base, bypass her /ignore by just talking in broadcast, and generally saying extremely creepy things about her in public chat such as "I'll make you mine again...", and I'm sure that you've been warned every other time you've done this to a player.
