I'm going to be completely honest with you on this one. I really don't have any main reasons for wanting to be staff at this point. Might be the fact I feel I should to help out or something, but other than that it doesn't matter if I don't get it, but I'd be honored to get the position. I love the server. I know it sounds weird, but I enjoy helping people when they need help. Being able to help in a bigger way would be amazing, and I would love to have that responsibility. I've been playing on the server for a long time. Sure, I've come and gone but I am working on sticking around more often. I've been working on maturity and changing my enemies into somewhat-friends. To sum that up, I've been trying to fix the areas where people believe I am unqualified. I feel that for as long as I've played on the server I should help out more. I know I've made past mod applications, but this is the one I am holding true to. I admit I've been immature and I am not good at arguments, but I have been working on all of these things. As far as experience as staff: I am a moderator on another server, Head-Admin on another, and I am Co-Owner on 2 other servers that my friends hold open here and there. How long can you be active on the server every day? On school breaks: I typically would come on for about 3 or more hours. During school time I tend to get on for a little less than that. If I have to take a break due to family issues I'll make sure I announce that when that happens, and I won't be gone very long. What country do you live in? -1I'm not going to explain my purpose for -1ing this. I've already explained it elsewhere. But if you want me to elaborate, I will, no worries... Whenever you get into an argument, you never back up what you say with facts. When you realize that your side of the argument is completely and utterly wrong, you begin childishly calling your adversary "asshole" and "idiot". You think that if someone is to ask for a staff demotion, they have to have an activity rate of 7 hours/day, something which I thought you could do, but apparently is only your maximum according to this app. You spend more time playing roblox than playing minecraft, and you're immature in my opinion. I feel as though I would make a great addition to the staff team. One thing I have noticed is that there aren't as many staff online throughout the day anymore. I understand that they may have stuff going on in reality, and I get that. But without as many staff online throughout the day, there are more and more issues in which staff are needed that can't be taken care of. Funny, how you say that. I faintly recall you saying that you liked the way the server was doing at the current moment....oh wait, that was right before you contradicted yourself and said that the server was crap. In addition to that, there are enough staff online. Sniff, Randal, and Ranthar are almost always online at all times, and I rarely see a time when staff member's aren't online. I am 13 and I don't have to get up and go to work every day, but I know some members of the staff team do. I can be on the server throughout the day when there are no other staff online to cover those times and take care of the issues they are needed for if I am chosen to hold this position on the server. Okay. You spent your first four sentences talking about how you don't have anything to do during the day so you spend all the time playing minecraft. That doesn't make you any more qualified for the mod rank. I have been around for quite a long time so I have gotten to know a lot of the members of the server. I know how the server functions and whatnot. Sure, I'd need some help to know how to use the certain commands in the right situations when needed from other staff who have been a staff member for a longer period of time than I would be if I am given this rank, but with a little time I could get the hang of everything like that. Yeah, that's about your only good point. You've been on the server for five years. To be fairly honest, that is impressive. However, your lack of activity in the chat, as well as your inherent disability to make any resourceful argument or suggestion whatsoever makes me doubt you. I have grown to be very fond of the server, and I really enjoy playing on it every moment I have a chance to. I can help out in the position I am in now, sure, but I want to be able to do more for the server and the people that are on it. I feel like I am mature enough to hold a staff position and be responsible while in that position, and I can assure you I would not abuse any of the commands or powers I am given. So what? You like the server? We all like the server. You want to help people? We all want to help people. You're mature? I disagree. You won't abuse your permissions? Well isn't that such a great comfort! You are an active player on the server, I'm not going to deny that. But the problem with this app is that there's nothing of value whatsoever. For a 12-sentence explanation, I was expecting more from you. If the only thing you can say after five years of experience on the server is "I think I can cover time zones", and "I like playing on the server", then that's pretty pathetic. You have nothing in the mod app itself that makes you unique. Not only that, but you are nondescript in game as well. You lack opinion, argumentation, or rigidity, all of which are important traits of a mod. You have 7 forum posts, which is an abysmally small number. You are not as popular as you believe, judging from your own mod app. You have alot to work on. First of all, you're going to have to radically change your own personality if you want an upvote from me. You're too soft for the mod position, and my greatest fear is that you'll end up as a Luigi minion if you get staff rank. You cannot formulate your own opinions, and when you do, your ideas are fundementally flawed and lack any sort of flavor whatsoever. In addition to all of that, you have to start to talk more in chat. You are silent. Completely silent. For a five-year active player, I would expect you to talk more often, and actually get to know the community, which, judging from your seven forum posts, is quite a foreign concept to you. Tying back to my opening statement, you are immature. When you realize that you're wrong, you begin to call your opponents names. Why don't you call me an asshole in the comments section, and we can see how many upvotes you get after that? |

Trust me, I think you'd be a good candidate with the times I have interacted with you but you're one of the players who always come and go. You're here for a week and gone for half a year. You've been around on the server forever, and know how it works, but I've got to be honest with you lego, you're very immature and I fear that you would be biased in some situations.Another thing is that it seems like you never stick with the server very long. You play for a week or two and then vanish for months, with the only contact being the occasional discord message. I'm sure you know but having inactive staff members is a big issue. I'm gonna have to -1 for now, but I'll be watching you on the server for any improvements, and I'll change my vote when I feel like you've made a solid and successful effort to improve yourself! |

I'm going to -1, I'm not exactly sure if you're fix for the job, I hardly know you. From what I know, it seems you're a little bland on reasons you should be mod and the point that you're mod on other servers is kind of irrelevant. You're inactive, I rarely see you on, but that should be an easy fix. But you should keep up the good work! I will probably update this at some point.EDITED: Extreme -1. All you do is insult people in agruements, you just go along with them when you aren't even involved, and you seem a bit more immature than I thought. I don't think you're fit for the position. Sorry :/ |

Changed to a +1I’ve done some voice chats with you and looked at your builds and said some jokes back and forth, and you’re a cool dude. I think you’d be great for the position but like what Chad said and what I said earlier, you’re super active for a week or two but then disappear for ages (although you’re always lounging around in the discord, activity is spotless there). Fix that and you’ll be amazing in my opinion :) |

abstain. i feel like you would definitely help out by being a moderator, but it seems like a lot of the people who -1d have the same reason to do so, and if that's the case, then maybe being a moderator wouldn't be the best option |

Your recent forum post in complaints was made just to virtue signal and make you seem like a good person, instead of actually presenting issues that need to be fixed.
