When I first joined the server, I thought I would play a few hours here and there and leave after a week or two, I simply wanted a place to play survival Minecraft peacefully. Then I realized that I really like the server and the people, so here I am today applying to be a mod.Your in-game name: MaxWreck Username: Maxbass How old you are: I’m 27 Your gender: Male Have you been banned on any other servers? Never banned before Why do you think you should be a moderator? - In my past jobs, I’ve always had a leader opportunity, so I’m used to manage things. - Like most people, I like to help others with the best of my knowledge and i like to act so that people will trust me after. - I’m mature and very calm in general. However, I don’t like people who are excessively annoying on purpose or with bad intentions. - When I joined the server, I saw multiple awesome community places, like /warp fxp, the fishing warp, and things like that. I would like to build similar places where everyone can join for X reason. That’s why I created /warp SheepFactory (read the signs there if you don’t know what it is, I won’t explain it here). - I’m not the most active player in chat. Lately, I started to naturally talk with most of you guys and it makes it easier to be a bit more active. I will not force myself to talk with everyone, that would not be natural, and I won’t become a fake person in order to be a mod. I think I’m doing a decent job with the Aura community (you’ll have to ask the guys from the faction), and I’d like to step it up a bit. How long can you be active on the server every day? A few hours a day unless I must travel for my job. More than likely, I can be online by the end of day during the week and multiple hours during the weekend. I noticed that I’m sometimes online when no staff members are online. What country do you live in? I’m from east Canada. I’m a French Canadian. Le baguette! (By the way, if my English feels off, can you let me know? :D ). How long have you been on the server? I joined by the end of febuary, so about 4 months. And i think it wraps it up. I tried to make it not too long and not heavy to read. |

+1You haven't been on the server very long, at all. I think you would still make a good moderator though. You're really nice to everyone. But, I think, you should ask Ranthar, Shad, Randal, or any other admin/mod to teach you more commands. I feel like you don't know very many of those xD |

not gonna bother following my usual format for mod apps, but still...1) helping people is something you don't have to be a mod to do 2) creating /warp sheepfactory doesn't amount to shite 3) are you talking to people in chat just to get mod? cuz that's what it sounds like buddy 4) your job seems to get in your way. However, the fact that you have leadership positions in your job does amount to something I guess. 5) your opening statement in this mod app sounds as if you're applying to become mod just because you woke up one day and decided that you want the position. In other words, it makes you seem power hungry. You seem like a nice guy from what I know of you in-game, but your lack of anything valuable in your mod app kind of counters that. -0.5 |

Galbby, i'm sad that you didn't start this with your classic Listen buddy :(- Helping people - It's the basics, someone saying "Yo, i hate everyone" has no reasons to apply. - Saying that sheepfactory is not relevant kinda avoids my point. I'd like to make builds that people would like to go to, alone or as a group. - Not sure what to say about your statement about the chat. - I'll see what happens with my job. It might affect my presence a few days here and there. - About my intro, i 100% agree with you. I wanted to make a short and sweet honest statement, but it looks kinda odd now that i look at it :/ Thanks for the comments! |

+1Very friendly, active member of the community. From what I can tell you seem unbiased and caring about other players and try to help wherever you can. You’re also a great faction leader, and I feel as if that quality could carry over nicely into being a staff member. By the way, I love how your app is cleanly organized into the different questions, and you go into detail about each. The only bits of problems I see with your app is what galbby pointed out about it featuring things like “Then I realized that I really like the server and the people, so here I am today applying to be a mod.” and about you listing the warp you created. We need more info about what you’re going to do, your best qualities and what makes you different from other candidates applying, not what you’ve built for other players or what shop you own that makes you rich. |

FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I've noticed that you've become significantly more active. I take back my comment about you only talking to get mod, because I've now realized that it's false. You're one of the most active players I've seen online, you do believe in truth over fiction, you have a critical attitude towards everything you approach, and you're unbiased.The only problem I see with you right now, and this is a very big problem, is that you seem to be completely and utterly inactive on the forums. You have a total of 8 posts. I'm sorry, but that is truly pathetic. I would always prefer to have staff who are active on the forums. +0.25 I hope I'm not making a mistake. |

Thanks everyone for the bunch of comments this morning, i appreciate.@Galb thanks a lot man, still sad that you didn't start with your classic LISTEN BUDDY, but i'lwith it.ith it. About the forum, most of the time i feel like i'm not involved in some topics and i don't think that i'll bring any constructive points, or comment on a mod app about someone i barely know. I just like to add something constructive. So I can't promise that i will spam the forum :P Also, i think i'll create a new account on the forum so i don't have this weird face that is not my skin at all. |
