First of all, I would like to thank everyone in the server about all I learned from those that I did not know about MC and made me a better person. Maybe some of you know me since I'm in Luigi's faction. I want to be a moderator for a number of reasons. First of all, I love the fact that i can help others in a more powerful, way do not know is my nature. Now for the moderator subject, I'm learning programming, so I'm very familiar with the commands and so on. Apart from English i speak Greek and the Cypriot dialect. The server is always alive with someone like Stefanos, who I know him for 6 years. I'm always friendly with others and adressed for new friendships. I still love this server after Minecraft has become my main game and I want to be like the ones that make it better On this server I spent €20 which I did not regret. Finally, my possibilities are and will be many since I'm mature and responsible and can do my job with a lot of humor! Gonna Abstain for now, You say you can be active for 3 - 6 hours but the past week or so you've only been on 0.5 - 1. You could also work on being a bit more mature about situations, It just seems like your sense of justice is whoever makes you upset instantly gets muted/banned.You should also work on being able to take criticism without getting upset/angry, Some people may be trying to give you advice, you should work on what they suggest. Some might just be trolling, just ignore them. Don't let them win by getting mad. One final note: you should work on your English a bit more before becoming staff, Just so you're able to understand everybody and they can understand you better than already. |

I would like to point out how bad our responses are growing right now. The only reason this guy is getting +1s is because he's "nice", and because he's "helpful". Analysis: First of all, I love the fact that i can help others in a more powerful, way do not know is my nature English is fragmented, but I get what you're saying. You don't have to become a mod to help people, and if you're only looking to help people in a "more powerful way", then that makes you look as if you only want the rank for its commands. Although I'm pretty shy I think they showed me some respect. What? Being shy isn't a good think when being a mod. You're supposed to get involved in the community as a staff member, and you're supposed to take an aggressive stance on people who break the rules, not a shy one. Now for the moderator subject, I'm learning programming, so I'm very familiar with the commands and so on. The only thing you have to back yourself up for the mod position is a knowledge of commands? Apart from English i speak Greek and the Cypriot dialect. The server is always alive with someone like Stefanos, who I know him for 6 years. I'm always friendly with others and adressed for new friendships. Although I agree that you can assist in those who come from greek-speaking nations on the server, this isn't of much help to your attempt at getting mod. Conclusion: This mod app isn't as bad as most other mod apps right now, but it's still weak. Your english is incredibly fragmented, and I cannot understate how much that will get in your way. Knowing how to speak english is critical for being a staff on the server, and if you can't communicate properly, then I'm afraid that that's going to be a problem that you're going to have to fix on your own. Apart from that, the only thing you provide in favor of yourself is your knowledge of commands. That's not much, because the commands are pretty easy to master either way. -0.5 |

Efficient communication is important. If the applicant cannot efficiently speak the majority's language efficiently, then inefficiencies arise.Rule or not, a fluent English speaker is ideal. |

@loku I never said it was required, I just said that it would impair his ability to staff well a lot. If he’s fluent in Greek, great. But being able to speak English is overall more important and oh crap I just saw the place I messed up. I’m still sticking with my vote, but I’ll edit that part out of the comment. |

So the other day i had an idea. Every morning i wake up at 8-9 am my time and 10-20 people are on. I noticed that Randal and Shad are the most times on at that time but for Shad is almost 1am and it can be hard for his sleep schedule. There were 4-5 times that people needed staff but no one was on. (i DO NOT want to offend anyone) To sum up i think it will be a good idea for the staff team to consider making me a temporarily mod. Also my English have been improved according to Shad and Sniff and i can communicate on chat and face to face. |

*Update*So, today I talked with 2 of my friends from Norway who speak really good English and they told me that my accent was great from someone whose English is not the main language. I think your english is great, just because maybe your grammar isnt perfect does not make you any less suitable to be a staff member. an english speaker should have no problem understanding what you write, and if they cant understand it must be their problem |

Okay, here's my updated reasoning for why I think you shouldn't be mod. I would like to start by saying that I stand by everything I've previously said in this app.I'm going to be honest. When I see your responses on the forums, I get annoyed. I'm not sure why, and I can't pin it down to any specific trait, but I just get really annoyed by you. You have this sort of policy of appeasement, in which rather than stand by what you think, you tend to just agree with everyone who supports you. You're too ambivalent, and because of that, I'm going to have to maintain my -1. In addition to that, no, building has nothing to do with staffing. If you want to build a new spawn, throw that idea at Loki, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to review it. However, as a staff member, I honestly couldn't give a shite less about your building skills. |

I'm not saying I don't believe the numbers are true, I'm saying the statistic is way too specific to rely on. The following are good stats:•1st place in Cyprus •1st place on PS4 Now when you combine them, they become an unreliable stat: •1st place in Cyprus on PS4. Because for all you know, Cyprus may have better xbox gamers than ps4, so 1st place on ps4 could mean 1723rd place on xbox or overall. Maybe ps4 is the top console for Rocket League? In that case maybe Cyprus has worse gamers when compared to other countries. 1st place in Cyprus may mean 137th place in the world. Too many things can go wrong with such a specific statistic |
