username-alpacafarmwhy u were banned-bypassing mute when-like 5 mins ago 5/9/18 lol rdy for this. So i first muted by randal for saying nibba. No warning. 20 minute mute. completely unjust. Then everyone leaves the server and im literally on the server alone. Then i do /minecraft:me twice. Again, im the only person on the server. I go downstairs for like 2 mins and i come back and im banned! So dumb. This is really sad. I was alone on the server, who was i bothering? |

+1 "Bypassing mute is a punishable offence"Punishable doesn't mean he should be punished for it. One of our rules is "be ethical." Banning a player for bypassing mute while alone on the server is nothing close to ethical. The jail time was completely unjust, the mute was at least partially sensible (though there were better alternatives), and the ban was about as unjust as the jail time. "You were warned in the past" That doesn't mean a warning wasn't warranted this time around. |

Bypassing mute is a punishable offense. As you were warned many times in the past for the same offense, you should have had the good sense to not do what warned for so you could avoid punishments. Randal had good reason to mute and a good reason to ban, as bypassing mute is illegal in any circumstance. Not to mention the term used could've been easily received as a racist remark. |

We do not allow the usage of 'Nibba' or any variation of the word that it comes from. Usually we give one warning and then a mute if a player decides to say this but as you have done this countless times in the past giving no warning was justified. You should know better than most not to say it yet you refuse to not say it. You were then tempbanned for a day due to mute bypass, you didnt bypass 2 times as you have stated, it was three times. This is another thing you should know not to do as you have been punished for it in the past. I'm going to -1 this appeal since the ban is literally 24 hours only. |

I agree with legomaster. It's strange to me how everyone gets defensive when staff is more strict with players who consistently break the rules; Warnings do not, will not, and should not expire. Now, a fun little detail left out of this appeal (rightfully so, as it wasn't the cause of his ban, but it may or may not play into Randal's decision to ban him) is that the alpaca was also doing other nefarious things, including, but not limited to: Small-scale grief (he fixed it, but whatever) which he was jailed for, using the word "Nibba" (Alpaca has consistently used this word in an attempt to get attention or to cause irritation) as well as bypassing his mute several times. Listen, what we see here is a player who consistently gets into trouble, and then whines about it. He continues to do what gets him banned, muted, jailed, etc. And then goes to discord or the forums and tries to get players to hate on staff for decisions any of them would make. Staff is just saying "enough is enough." This concludes my wall of text. |

Ok were gonna bring up the jail too? that was unjust as well. I was jailed for a 17 block greif that i did as a complete joke, i even said in chat that i was going to greif, indicating it was a complete joke. Anywho, the blocks were replaced with no trouble and i wasnt warned by anyone before replacing it. It was even replaced before my jail.If someone was notorious for using caps a couple of months ago, and they used caps again once, would that means a mute? I dont think, and according to your guys logic ’ thats how it would go down. I havent been warned for saying that word in a long time. For the most part, im pretty well behaved on the server. |

+1The ban and jail in my opinion were completely unjust. A jail for a small amount of grief should start at 100 blocks, or maybe more. A 6x3 wall is a worse grief than what he did, and he gets a punishment. Now about the mute, I'm going to believe what he said on the application, and that he was the only one on the server. There should've been no reason to mute him for this long, maybe a 10 minute mute but fucking 24 hours for saying "nibba?" Completely outrageous. In my own opinion, the word should be allowed anyways as people use it not as a derogatory term, but as a slang word, meaning the same "friend," "bro," and many other friendly worse.Unless it's a carbon copy of the full root word (including the -er ending,) it should not be punishable. |

I also just realized the lies that alexa just said. For one, i used the word nibba once and one time only. Secondly, I was muted once and i did not bypass once in front of anyone.Everyone seems to be forgetting why i was banned. I was banned for bypassing mute, while i was on the server completely alone. Isn’t that silly? |

1+ unjust ban even if it was for 24 hr. It sucks that some staff members are extremely strict on the rules. Even the X-(ish) owner +1 for the appeal. |
