Username: Pheonix2000adBan Date: January 20th 2018 Ban Reason: "Organising spam, advertising and Conspiracy" -Staff When i originally got banned it was because I had finished my time on the server and had asked to be banned. I was told in instances like this its a lot easier to get unbanned as you had asked for it. When Shad banned me, i got all these bonus ban reasons appearing from nowhere which i now have to appeal. Organising Spam: I was with some players on a different server and we were going round to different servers and watching them get banned. While Mush was one of the targets i was only witnessing it and didn't instigate the original attack or at least if i did it was along with a lot of people on the server. I don't know if there is any reason to this but I feel it was a bonus reason thrown on just to secure my ban. Advertising: I've addressed my activity with another server on the forumshttp://www.webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=8149 already and i do realise what i did was wrong and i do apologise for that. I never meant any harm to Mush and i appreciate that it is a punishable offence. Ive asked staff for evidence on this one but they have refused to give me any. I have been told there are multiple instances that have got me banned although the evidence is only me asking for peoples discord in private messages. I don't think i have actually been caught directly posting an IP except maybe once but like i said I've asked for evidence but im 'not allowed it'. In the case of the discord advertising I never spoke to anyone on the discord with the intention of advertising the server. I was often friends with a lot of these players and in the instances where i wasn't i was just meeting new people or adding them to a discord server unrelated from a server. Conspiracy: Ive asked multiple times for any staff to give me any instance of what i did to get this bonus point added to my ban reason. Luigi literally gave me the definition of conspiracy and told me if i had any more information it would 'compromise the effectiveness of the evidence' Overall i am sorry about all offences that lead to my ban and appreciate my punishment was deserved. I hope my other 8 months of playing the server peacefully as my contributions as a player and staff will maybe be considered in my appeal. Ive tried to appeal all of this the best i can but with the lack of evidence its been hard to prove what has or hasn't happened. Bonus Round I don't know if this is an effort on top of refusing to give me evidence in an effort to keep me banned but I have also been told by Loki I have to appeal these following reasons: hacking as staff: If i am wrong i will edit this although this was not in my ban reason and i think it was explained at the time of demotion that it was an accident and i served my punishment for that. If this is now also a factor getting me banned then to clarify: it was still an accident and I forgot to turn them off when hacking on a friends server. the rival server I ran: I don't think there is any rules about having my own server and i think the only factor is that it was the advertising that made it a problem. If it is an unwritten rule that i am not allowed to run a server as well as playing here i am sorry for that too. Any bad things i said about the server: I've also complained about some server events which has 'added to the list of reasons im banned' I'm sorry that my opinion on the server has been negative but i have been truthful to how ive felt about it at the time and im sorry if speaking up has caused a problem. In an effort to be transparent I will also admit that I bypassed my ban at one point. One of the things that I hate most of all is when a staff member resigns then says that the server is bad and staff sucks etc. I've seen it many times, we all have. I honestly don't think you are ready to come back, but I'm not going to vote because I'm not on. |

@shad I would rather see this community come back and be successful than just leave MC alltogether, this sever used to be so unique that I don’t think I can find it anywhere else.And yeh, I think I’ve explained everything in my appeal well enough and I don’t think I would have written it unless I was serious about returning. The fact is I know my intentions are ok it’s just hard to prove that without being on the server @ck if staff are resigning and having negative things to say about the rest of the team then maybe it has some truth and should be considered, I’ll stand by a lot of what I said but I’ve also addressed this in my speak and with me “not being ready” we haven’t spoken since long before my ban so knowing my intentions are hard |

Pheo was one of the best members of the community before getting demoted/banned. +1 for second chance. edit: by "best" I meant in terms of contribution to the server. Knew how to take a joke and was always helpful. |

+1 Agreed to what Queencolor said as since being banned you have constantly had negative remarks but I do feel being wrongly demoted was the catalyst for you being so negative. |
