Hello nuddel here,I got banned from mush the 4th of February for advertising. First i would like to explain what happened. One day i was on the server and i saw the sneaky was on, i first asked her wassup and she responded with that she was building a castle. I was interested and decided to take a look. After i had seen the castle i wanted to show something similar on another server called cosmic. And i told her if she wanted to come and visit us when she wanted a break she could. She said ok. I said "want the ip" to make sure that she wanted it but she dident answer for a while so i assumed she wanted it. But the second i sent it she said maybe later. And because i did not see the message in time i had already sent the message. Now for my apology and why i think i should be unbanned. First of all i want to say sorry for what happened and i will make sure to not repeat the action again. I think i should be unbanned cause i contributed a lot to the server. Some of the things is made countless people stay on the server by introducing them and being helpful, i have always helped people when they are asking for it, i have made many builds for the server including a spawn, 5 or more pvp arenas, 2 hunger games maps, and server builds. Furthermore, i have donated 50 dollars to help the server running and i think this should be taken into regard. Thank you for reading :) |

+1 for a short temp ban, always helpful to others, simple mistake, not worth a perm ban unless he does it again. |

-1 pls dont advertise for cosmic, we've already lost a bunch of our players from everyone advertising for it, even tho you were telling your friend, never assume |

Tooele and alpaca i agree and i should be punished, but i dont think advertising is enough for a perm ban. |

Nuddel He has helped the server in many ways by helping new players adjust and helping casual players just because he wants to, he's a great guy however advertising is a bit shit ngl so i agree that he should like youknow have a temp ban for 48 hours or something, he for sure won't do it again. I think i know why this was initially a perm ban, because of the conflict between cosmic and mushroom, however thats also kinda seen as a personal interest sort of ban isn't it, i've seen people advertise and get temp bans before, i can't name them so you'll have to take my word for it but yknow #FreeNud |

+1 I think you've served your time, but you really need to get this silly idea out of your head that you shouldn't be punished as severely just because you've helped the server more than others have. That doesn't make you less prone to being punished than anybody else. You'll be treated the same as any other player who gets banned and makes an appeal."You do the crime you do the time." |
