So I've looked at a ton of Mod Applications and seems like the staff team only really enjoys the british staff members. When ellie had made her Mod Application it got tons of feedback possibly because you were in-need of a British Staff Member. But then you come back and say you need more and Ranthar makes an application because he was told to make one as he is British. I dont really think that they should say they dont need more American staff members when sometimes the staff are hardly on. Ellie should take the British Timezone longer than the American Timezone because she doesnt get enough sleep for the British Timezone because we "Have enough American staff" I know that there are many difficulties with some of the staff but the British staff we currently have should just come on more if you are in-need of more of them. Yes I know you guys just accepted Randito but when I made my Mod App I got no feedback from the Staff Team on how I could improve. Now If I could get some FEEDBACK or CRITICISM from a Staff Member or even a Player that knows me well. All Im trying to say is that you guys should give me some info on what I could do to be better |
