Dear Webbcraft Players and Staff Members, It has been a while since I wrote about this topic, and or asked for your opinion. Now things between me and Webb go way back. Since 2015 I'd say. That was a trainwreck. But now, I think I deserve to be unbanned. I've taken a long break from all this drama, and decided to come back on it in March. (I said April but I've been so excited to see what you guys have to say about me.). Anyways, I've matured a lot lately. Sure I was just a whining bitch before but now I think I've gotten better at ignoring people who try to make me mad, not complaining, being more nice to others, and not caring about the littlest stuff that anyone can get mad at. I have changed. I really enjoy Webb, and I didn't even change my username (I think.) in the long break because I love my rank and I am happy I donated. I do not care anymore about not having Kick or Broadcast because I know it was for the best. I just really miss you all, and I would love to come back and try again to fix my old mistakes. But in order to do that, I need to be unbanned. Now I must say, I am truly sorry to armzngunz for making a whole scene, and I have decided to ask for your permission to unban me. If you decline, why would I throw a hissy fit? The server is so long behind me that I wouldn't really care anymore if you said no. But I'm stopping the road, just to see if I can go backwards to the real server. Anyways, I really enjoy you guys, even if you annoyed me in the past I am no longer mad at anyone anymore. The only person you should be mad at is me, because I caused this and now I want to fix it. Now I've said more than enough, so I will end it here. Thank you for being the best people without me even knowing it. My ban message reads “Intent to cause harm in the highest degree.” However I believe that many other things contributed to my ban, such as my nastiness on the forums, spreading lies about my superiors, having no respect for authority and most of all, for just being flat out rude to the wonderful community of Mushroom Co. Being with family, and having a fantastic time lately has made me think, about all the mistakes I’ve made in my life, but also helped me to remember all the great moments. I remembered all the fun times I’d had on this server, enjoying the company of the other players – my friends. I remembered pig racing with Harveyc1, and having a pixel art contest with FasterAndFurious. But along with those happy memories, came the nasty ones too, the ones that made me regret everything bad I did whilst on the server. I disrespected players, I encouraged suicide, I was inappropriate and sexual in chat, I swore excessively, and I just ruined everything good on the server. All my chances of being staff, gone. All my chances of being a liked and respected player, gone. All my chances of being allowed back onto the server, gone. I know I shouldn’t have done it, and I don’t think even god knows what drove me to do it. But I did, and I know that I cannot change what I did in the past, all I can do is ensure that it doesn’t happen again. Date sent: 2017/06/22 22:34:25 Let me start off by saying this is NOT a ban appeal, and I don't really know if this type of post belongs in this section, but whatever it is most relevant here. If you have been banned for hacks lately, in light of the recently terrible ban appeals, as well as the increased number of x-ray users being banned, here are a couple tips to getting unbanned through a BETTER ban appeal: 1. Make sure to follow the format and make it look like you spent even the smallest bit of effort. 2. BE HONEST. Jesus christ this is probably the most important point. If you hacked (Which you probably did), just admit it, don't try to cover it up with lies that just make you look worse when they get uncovered. Of course, if this is a false accusation, you should completely fight back until the staff see the error in banning you. 3. Be sincere, if you did hack, be apologetic, remove the hacks, and convince us (Staff and community) that you have learned your lesson. 4. Be patient and persistent, sometimes ban appeals take a bit for the admins to look at, so don't give up hope and leave the server when your appeal isn't responded to within a day. Hope this helps all of you hackers (or falsely accused) get unbanned, and make some better appeals that you spent at least a couple minutes making your appeal. After a short con LUIGI'S GREED Before Luigi created the Architect rank he claimed that that he had enough money to run the server for over two years. Since then he must of got enough money to run the server for 3 to 4 years, which got me thinking. Why would Luigi accept $150 and give someone Trial-Mod when they haven't made a mod app? I think that Luigi is taking money given by generous people who want to support the server. But I don't think all that money is going to server. In fact I think that Luigi is spending the money on things that don't have anything to do with the server. REPORTING THE SERVER Many players have reported the server to Mojang. At first I was against this but as I realised that Luigi isn't listening I decided its all that we can do. So I reported the server myself and helped other people do the same by providing the information that they need (I think up to 20 people has reported the server so far, it could be more). Luigi didn't like this and posted this in the Skype chat. CONCLUSION I think its very safe to say that Luigi doesn't run the server because he enjoys playing minecraft but because he makes money out of it and will do anything he can to stop people.My suggestion is that luigi should step down from being owner to Co-Owner and Armzngunz or Chip becomes the Owner. Starting with the DoS, I've already explained multiple times why I said it was accidental. To give you some background, I created a small script which its goal was to load a forum thread's page to get a huge amount of views in it (pure boredom). I handed out the script to Sav who let it run overnight and we woke up to discover the website was down. Note that this wouldn't happen if your host wasn't shit. Like, fuck sake, think! Tpkilling Andy: Alright some background if I can recall well, so I got in his house because he invited me in, after a while he started being a douche so I killed him, I set a home in his house and he brought op armor into the fight which got me killed. So I came back this time with a good set, and killed him back. Now I can't remember well but I think I came back because Sav tped to him and brought me into his house. And that's the reason why you say I tpkilled. What's the difference? I had a home set in his place anyway... also saying I repeatedly killed him when I only killed him twice... Sharing creative items: Which I believe you were talking about the Totem of undying and an efficiency 5 sword? The Totem, I told you she got it legitimately as far as I knew and the sword oh well ahah ironically a staff member gave it to her (actual proof) which then she gave it to me. Selling creative items: I never got a single spawned-in item from anyone, so why am I being accused of this? I didn't even owned a freaking shop. Illegitimate money: That I got from Bre and Sav. Illegitimate somehow, since none of them abused their permissions, and Sav told you that she didn't spawned anything she had in her shop but oh well, you just had to be a douche. Get actual proof, instead of saying "I got it in the logs", because everyone knows the logs can't tell for sure if the items are spawned-in or not. Not paying taxes: Get an actual plugin for taxes, not that hard coded shit you have and then we talk. No one pays taxes that often anyway, and to be honest I did it now and then. Rigging the lottery: Again, no proof to support it? - Bullshit. Only time I remember saying I'd rig the lottery is asking if betting my huge amount of money would rig it, note this happened when the lottery was broken and rigging wouldn't actually work because, correct me if I'm wrong, you can't bet an unlimited amount of tickets. ----------------- I think there isn't anything else to cover, please do read it all though... So yeah... framing me for shit I didn't do Chip, bad move. I can be a huge ass and troll a lot in the server, but I would never intend harm to the server, otherwise I think you'd already have seen it. Shouts out for those who I though they were my friends (yeah you weren't the only one Armzie) and those who I maintained a good relationship for literally turning their backs on me without even asking for an explanation and just hearing one side. -1 the effort you put into your ban appeal is going to reflect on your chances for an unban. Even with you getting banned, you don't even use proper grammar. No one is going to take the time to read this mostly because it's unreadable. Also, did you honestly try reporting this server to Mojang? This server is not affiliated with Mojang in any way, Luigi has the full power of this server since he owns it and runs it. It is his property and can do as he pleases with it. Involving Mojang is complete stupidity. And saying Luigi should step down from being the server owner? Are you out of your mind? Then whos going to pay the bills to keep the server running. Please think before you speak. |
