I would like to add, as a bystander who watched this all happen.Ellie appeared from nowhere, saying this person was getting banned for hacking. She hasn't recorded evidence when I asked her for it, as we all make mistakes when it comes to pvp hacks, so it's fine if this was one of those. We was also being spam killed by makko and galby. In response Kaj was complaining and using offensive words (not swearing) towards galbby. Kaj is either young, or doesn't speak English, so not knowing /pvp is something quite possible. |

Lazark, you missed some fine points.First of all, if you were paying attention, you would see that I was failing to hit Kaj, while he was being able to hit me from more than 5 blocks away. Also, its not spam killing if he was the one who provoked the attack every single fricking time And anyways, he is annoying, admit it |

IMO the PvP rules on here suck, and need to be refined. As of now, if you don't want to be killed turn your bloody /PvP off! It's a four letter command. Use it for fucks sake.Anyways, hacking is a big no no. If you don't have a majority to want you unbanned, then your chances are slim. +1 I must be in a good mood today. He was mainly pvp'ing with his friend makk and that's fine but he got a bit out of hand at the end and definitely needed a time out. I feel he should be given a second chance. I do however believe ellie as she was there and so was I for a short time and he did appear to get a lot of hits in when Galby was a few blocks away. |

+1A few years ago, I got kicked out of a PvP tournament on this server because my enemies kept accusing me of 'reach hacking'. I was just staying out of their reach and moving in to hit them, then backing up before they retaliated. I know how much it sucks to be punished for being better at something. |

jesus christ if i was really hacking why wouldnt i just find another server to cheat on -.- I just joined this server to play with makkopolis (i never play this game) and i was just fucking around. and galby, if you dont want people to attack you you should've did the /pvp thing (which i was aware about). about those ''cheats'': it may seem i attacked from far away, but thats just a connection thing. also, how tf did you measure the distance between me and you? a ruler on the screen or something? really, you gotta have solid evidence and a good reason to ban people. |

+1. Banned for hacking, without evidence, and by ellie. Especially since ellie banned you, and without evidence. I'd say she was careless, not first time, or just didn't feel like dealing with you so just banned you. Galbby, I respect you, but it is impossible to detect reach that clearly to get a staff member to ban him just like that. And no offense brother, but you suck ballsack at pvp, sorry about having to be blunt, but this man got banned because of your lack of pvp skills. He roasted you, you get him banned. Neat. And for fuck's sake mates, do not get ellie to ban people for hacking. Unless the guy is flying upside down, killing people from 30 blocks away with 1 hit, shitting spheres, ellie will fuck the ban up. 99%. I say another chance for this man. He doesn't seem like a dick. Come on. |

Now vanilla is 3 blocks range, 4 if you jump. Difference from 4 to 6 is hard to see, even harder since you were flying. |

While most hacks affect the player's controls (which is why killaura can only affect one entity at a time - it simply tells Minecraft you are looking at the entity and attacking), reach hacks require editing of the server itself to extend beyond the max set by the server (by default 6, but often changed when worldedit is installed). It is likely he was hacking, but not that much.However, Ellie has no proof of what occurred, and none has been proposed by either the accused or the victim so far excluding written evidence after the incident, which is almost impossible to use as viable proof as it is easily faked to suit the victim. Therefore via innocent until proved guilty, kajvanderpal is innocent and hence, unless further evidence is given, is inviable for banment. +1. Judge Techy is done. *bangs hammer*  |

I'm replying for the sake of clearing my nameResponding to Matodir's comment: I didn't join the duel to get him banned, buddy. I joined because I saw in chat that makkpololis was killing kaj over and over. So I tpaed to him. Makk accepted the tpa request, so you really can't blame me. When kaj saw me he started attacking me, so I was forced to attack him back. No, matt, he did not roast me(Don't know where you got that from), and no I did not go there to "get him banned". It was just that after I went there I realized that he had unusually long reach with his punches. |
