KakashiSen killed Hobblesworth on the server at about 8:00 Eastern Time America while Hobblesworth was afk. Although he had pvp turn on he neither gave the consent nor could fight back while she killed him. Rule number 9 clearly states "no murderous slaughtering of players", however that is exactly what KakashiSen did. On top of that, she proceeded to keep his items and refused to give them back. That is the main reason why this report has been filed. I have countless witnesses to this crime who believe along with I that KakashiSen wrongfully murdered Hobblesworth and refused to give his items back; and should be punished |

I was a witness, Kakashi deserves to be at the least tempbanned, if not perm banned for directly breaking rules. |

She did not break any rules. Its immoral yes, but she has the right to keep the items. she did not break rule 4 (Meaning she did not tp to you and kill you) and she did not break rule 9 (meaning she did not kill you over and over. |

If you were to check the complaints sections, Kakashi has explained that there was a bit of bickering between the two pvp'ing before hand. Hobbles was PvP bypassing a tad, and hitting her back, so IMO it wasnt unjustified. Hobbles did seem to apologize but ultimately it's up to Kakashi. IMO grief and the stealing of PvP items should be under the same rule, but for now it is what it is. |
