Issue about asking for Citzen

thomasjones	Date sent: 2017/01/07 16:05:10 I've wanted to make this post for a while because no matter how much I tell people, people still carry on doing the same thing My issue is that when defaults ask how do they get Citizen a majority of players tell them to ask a staff member for it. This completely destroys the point of having a Citizen and Default rank.The reason why we have the two ranks is so we can see which new players have read the rules. If a Default asks you how do they get Citizen, please tell them that the rules state how to get it Rule 5-Do not ask for ranks other than Citizen
