Is there going to be a new map soon? and how many times a year is there going to be? just asking because i want to build something big but I don`t want to lose it in like a month or so |

Map resets happen every about 1 and 1.5 years. Now how much for the next map reset I can't be sure, as the amount of months before a map reset varies. |

Map resets happen when Luigi and the rest of the community feel all the land has been used.You will not lose your big build, all you have to do is save the coordinates, and then politely ask Luigi to transfer the build to the new map. |

If I were to approximate the time by which we'll get a map reset, I'd probably put my money on when the game updates to like 1.13.1 or something ridiculous like that. Y'know, the update when Mojang finally folds and gives the community sideways slabs and a new dimension. |
