Hey guys, it's been a while! I'm just going to get straight into this.In-game name: My ign is IObviouslyHack How old you are: I am 10.. Most of you are going to -1 for this, but please don't. Don't judge a book by it's cover :) Your gender: Male Have you been banned on any other servers?: Badlion, for 'killaura' but I do not hack anymore. (you're probably like 'no thanks, you got banned for hacking' but it was a long time ago and I don't want to hack and I don't) Why do you think you should be moderator?: Well, I'm quite kind to everyone and most likely online. I am generous and helpful. I've been mod, co-owner and admin on many other servers and still been trusted even though I am 10 years old.. I am also friends to many people and quite loyal. I listen to others and are there for others. How long can you be active on the server everyday?: Saturday - 9am or 10am till 9pm and 10pm Sunday - 9am or 10am till 9pm and 10pm Monday - 4pm to 9pm Monday to Friday should be the same unless I'm out (I will say if I go out) What country do you live in?: The UK, Portsmouth :) How long have you been on the server?: Around early April 2014 (Name changed from XXDiamondGeezer to a few other names to iDiamondsMC, now IObviouslyHack Most of you don't know me but some of you will, and thanks for reading :) |

It says why in the post, Dreemurr. :')But of you mean why it's a rule - "No, She cannot apply because it is solid evidence that she has broken the rules. If she were to be promoted, players would use this as an argument to change their name too, "Staff can break rules but we can't?". Luigi also don't like supporting Mojang's name change, and is upset by people that do (by changing their name)." |

well i feel as if i can change my name at will (as long as i'm not banned), and won't get punished for it. i mean, i understand that it can cause confusion, but literally every other server i've played on supports it with no consequences. |

Yeah, I changed my name before it was against the rules, and I was Trial-Mod for over a month I think, because luigi was so reluctant to make me full mod.It was because: I helped out a lot, had the backing of every staff member, and also offered to change my username back - that I was promoted to full mod. My case is an exception, because it was not a rule at the time of the name change. |

What does Luigi hold against name changes?I mean, sure, it allows banned players to ban evade and I suppose it is a little confusing, but it's not really going to effect him. Also, quick scenario here. My account is hacked and I lose all control over it. After giving up I simply buy a new account. Now, say I play Webbcraft for a year on this new account and no one knows it's me. If I appealed for mod, my appeal wouldn't be turned down. If I said I was actually Techy112, my appeal wouldn't be turned down. But if I changed my name to Techi112, I am an outlaw. Great logic. |

Name Changes doesn't allow ban players to bypass the ban as its the UUID that's associated with the username(I believe,Correct me if Im wrong). However you cant be unbanned unless you have your username you were banned with. This is because the ban log does not recognise username changes and will not be able to unban your new name (because that username has never joined the server). |

'I changed my name before the rules' I changed my name from XXDiamondGeezer to iDiamondsMC and got banned before the rule was there as well.. If you 'help out' you don't get banned which I think is bullshit. |

You actually originally changed your name from XXDiamondGeezer to Dubsi_ on 30/05/2015 @ 19:55:40 which was probably just after the rule was put in place.You changed your name to iDiamondsMC on your third name change. You recently changed your name AGAIN for the 9th time (yes you've actually changed it nine times...) to IObviouslyHack on 23/12/2016 @ 20:42:25. Which is about 2 years after the name change rule was Instigated back in early 2015. There is also no ground on which you would have been banned purely on a name change. Maybe if you read my post on name changes, you'd know that. |
