I've never been banned in any other servers, but i have been banned here once or twice. Why do you think you should be a moderator? --- I have excellent judgement and am great when it comes to commands, and if i don't know a command, I can quickly learn it and i am not afraid to ask questions! --- I am very active on this server so i am very reliable. --- I am friendly and kind, I am very kind to everyone in the server, if I ever have a problem with a player, I always apologize or try to make things better. --- I am good when it comes to punishing. As the leader of a large faction, i have to deal with griefers and hackers. I can punish them greatly, i have had to perm ban some members of my fac for hacking or griefing. I have also had to demote some from fac mod because of these things too. --- I know how things run. I have been here a while, and i know how things in the server are run. (I have a lot of experience). --- As a moderator, you wil be subjected to a lot of stess, many players may need your help all at once. I ran the Olympics and the UFW, and I am in charge of a faction with over 260 members. I am used to a lot of people dming me and mailing me and trying to get my attention. I have also been an admin and a co owner on other servers, so I am sure that I can handle the stress that comes with mod. ---Plus I have many ways to get a hold of me. I have a discord and a snapchat account. I also have Google hangouts and 2 emails. Plus I am always on the forums so you can just dm me on the forums and you can always just mail me on the server too. I also now have a skype. How long can you be active on the server every day? A lot lol I can be on for about 2-6 hours everyday depending on my schedule What country do you live in? This is what I had last time, repost.First off, Michael IS 14. I honestly don't believe he is that kind of person to lie. Second. He has proven he is a great leader. You guys do realize he is running the FIRST Olympics for Webbcraft, with over 10 factions participating, and he also runs the senate? He manages to do both of these. Third. He cares for other people, and I've seen proof of this. One simple thing he does is say Welcome Back or Welcome to every player. Specifically, from my personal experience, I was talking to him via /msg before the Swimming Olympics Event started and I told him that I felt really sick irl, and I asked him what the event orders were etc. and he responded by asking me if I was ok. He really is a nice person. He deserves mod. +1 Also, honestly, his grammar isn't that big of a deal. I NEVER see other staff even using periods, commas, exclamation points, or any other grammatically correct charecter. I don't see the use of caps, either. Let's be honest, do you think it is that big of a deal? |

I helped this guy when he first joined, I was loyal to the faction, and I never did anything wrong. We commited crimes, but I was always held accountable. Honestly, I don't even know, this guy never did anything for me.I do respect him as a criminal though. +1 |

For the time that I've known Micheal, I know that he's a great, friendly, helpful and actually quite a funny person. Yes sometimes he can be an idiot or annoying, but that happens to everyone once in a while, so that shouldn't be the reason why he doesn't get the chance to be a mod. No offense, Mike, but running a faction is nowhere near as stressful or demanding as being staff. And inventing the Olympics isn't really a big stressor either. Granted, being mod isn't as stressful as being admin and being admin isn't as stressful as being head admin and so on and so forth. But running a faction, no matter the size, is one of the least stressful positions on the server. I'm sure you're plenty responsible enough for the faction and maybe even the Olympics but I'm going to agree with CCShad when he said you weren't ready or responsible enough. I'm not making this reply to hate on you; I'm just making it to let you know that you may be underestimating the pressures. |

Thanks for the response sav, but I honestly do know how stressful being a mod can be, I have been an admin and a co owner on different servers before, and being in charge of Proxima is more stressful than you think lol, yesterday I had to deal with a toxic player, three pms, two pms on discord, and I was talking in faction chat, not to mention the mail I had to read and respond to. Being staff isn't stressful if you handle things correctly and efficiently, I think there's more joy than stress otherwise people wouldn't want to be staff in the first place. So saying that there is a ton of pressure is more inaccurate than true; in my opinion the only stressful part of being staff is dealing with the spamming idiots like myself. I don't really know you Mike but judging from this app and the dickload of bumps you've done and the ":D" you're either clinically depressed to have so many happy faces in one application or are super happy all the time and I'm not a fan of those kinds of people. fuk u -1 jk +1-1 (not voting, don't care; just bored) |
