Hey.I would like to address some of the things that people have been complaining about. First of I’m going to talk about the stuff in beetley’s post. If you don’t want to read the whole thing, here is a short version. Thats important. There should be a balance. Staff should know when to take action and some don’t do that. They aren’t terrible staff though, they still get the job done. Asriel I don’t really mind Asriel. He’s alright and makes some good points, makes a few mistakes but don’t we all? Ok now if you want to read more read this: Donations I completely agree that the donations page needs an update regardless of what I’m about to say. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it should have been updated months ago when the map originally reset. about the whole, username change losing ranks, thing, i am on the fence. What I want, is a plugin to keep original usernames on the server, and allow changed usernames to be back to normal when you go back on other servers. That would be great but nothing exists yet, so if anyone could make a program/ plugin that can do that which I’ve heard would be very hard, then please notify us. Also about the donating not purchasing thing I am also on the fence. Not really much to say but I can see how people would think either. Staff Anyway I do agree that some of the staff members are being way to strict but I wouldn’t call them bad staff, just not good ones either. They get the job done. I’m happy to hear that some of the staff do let things slide, because it shouldn’t be so strict to the point that you can’t say one swear word. Even a warning at that stage is ridiculous. I don’t care as long as your not getting treated that strict. If you are being treated really strict by a staff member, please make a a complaint because if you don’t nothing can be done about it. Asriel Again not really much to say all I have to say is what I said in the shorter version. I also thought I should address some other things that I have also thought about. Ellie There have been alot of complaints about ellie. She is nice to me, but i don’t really see her online much and have heard bad things about being abusive, and biased, but I’ll leave the disscussion to you guys. Suggestions I’m going to do my best to respond to suggestions now. Player’s opinions are important and i encourage other staff members to read suggestions aswell. I apologise to Xario that he felt suggestions were being ignored, aswell as the many others. --- Thanks for reading. |

Jordan I usually come online during the day at UK times and stay on till like 4-5am So the reason you don't see me online often may just be timezones but i have had multiple encounters with you on the server. |
