Hello Community, I'm going to be honest... I'm a little scared to announce this because I don't know how you will react, but due to the amazing response to my promotion to Head-Admin, I thought this would be okay...What I am about to say will highly likely shock you all because this has never happened in the history of Mushroom Co. Luigi is going to be away / somewhat inactive for the next few weeks and therefore he will not be available to manage the server himself. I am temporarily taking full ownership of the server. Any server issues will be resolved by myself and any large changes will be discussed between us and performed by myself. If you need anything you should come to me, Luigi will be unavailable to sort it out... No one will really notice any change as far as day to day playing, the only difference will be that I'll be fixing issues instead of luigi. Luigi will be back as Owner after a few weeks. I have plenty of experience in running a server myself and I have ran a successful one. You as the community have nothing to worry about. Thank you for listening :) - Chip xox |

I think this could be a good thing. I mean so far you have proven yourself. I can't recall of any incidents involving you since the Mumfie incident. So congrats Chip!Since you are temp owner, there are some things I would like to discuss that I was going to bring up eventually, which is mostly regarding changes. Unfortunately, for some reason, suggestions are never implemented with Luigi as the owner, unless he has also had the same idea, such as moving the server to a different host if they mess up again. I am not talking about suggestions though, becuase a thread(pinned or unpinned) in the forums for a Public Ban Log could be easily done. I once messaged Luigi asking why he doesn't implement suggestions, and he told me that he is too busy. Now, I don't believe what everyone on the internet tells me, but if he is too busy to help improve the server, shouldn't it have an owner who actually has the time to do so? I think so. Running a server is a big responsibility and should not be taken lightly when so many players are counting on you to do your job. Anyway Chip, my question to you is: Will we be seeing any improvements on the server besides basic plugin and server maintenance? What I mean by this is will any of the suggestions be implemented? |
