Not the smartest (check ban appeals & the post chip made in general) but hey! Very few people are perfect. Open to Admin. I don't think anyone else really deserves this rank. PumpkinPiePhD to Mod. He's a very respectful young lad. Instead of getting all angry and sensitive about things, he likes to join in the fun, but knows when to stop. Creeper1538 to Mod. He/she imma say she. Could work on activity, but is respectful, a fantastic judge and very mature. BlueRoon to Mod. The Mod rank changes a lot of people. They've got power but they want more! They become cocky, powerhungry bastards. Most people fake maturity till they get the rank. This wont happen to Blue. He's an asshole either way! The only problem I've ever had with Blue is his shit forum staffing. Demotions: Tones - I rarely see her anymore. She's been on this server staffing for like two or three years now. She goes inactive for months at a time. I think it's time to give someone else a go. JamesSkullBlood - He used to be the perfect staff member, but recently I've changed my opinion on him. He's slow, he's fairly inactive and quiet. He isnt fantastic with his banning and unbanning choices. He doesn't seem like a smart kid anymore. The way he writes in chat and on the forums only prove this. Ellie - Ellie has changed a little recently. Towards me at least. Which means she's only hateful towards those who dislike her. Her decisions as a staff member are also questionable. I'm just not sure she's fit for the position. (I don't know if she's fit in real life either) People kept in the same position; luigiofthebakery - We can't promote luigi, and it's not like we can just demote him or get him demoted. Although he doesn't make the best decisions, we wouldnt be here without him. Armzngunz - Armz was a fantastic head admin before he quit, and I'd support him if he were going for the position again. But I feel it's time to have someone else in the position. Armz is a great admin. A funny, smart and amazing guy. SneakySquirtle - Sneaky is a good mod. I haven't seen him enough to decide if he deserves a promotion. That says something about his activity on both the forums and in game. If anyone has anything to say about this, please say it. I'd love to hear what the demoted have to say. (And the promoted, and everyone else) Special Mentions: Ckvoss - Ckvoss used to be a right ***hole. But since his most recent return to the server he has behaved so much better. He definitely deserves at least a chance at mod in the future. AstroDogs - Also used to be a right asshole. I'm not sure what to make of him now. He's a nice guy of course, and with a bit of work, he could be a fantastic staff candidate. CHEESEBOT314 - Unmuted me an hour before my mute was supposed to end. Meaning he still has power. A rank (even just "GuyWithPowerz") to show this would be fantastic. Ivy_Cat - Would make a good staff member. Seems a little immature and inactive still. But yeah, could be a fantastic mod with a bit of work. Harvoo - I miss him. Unban him. Although he has been a c***, he has been a fantastic staff member. A small note about staff to Luigi and any others this may concern. You can't just hand out power to anyone. Sure, a lot of children can be mature *points at Jordan* but I'd rather not listen to a bossy bratty ten year old telling me what to do. Staff should have age restrictions or something. Because believe it or not, 99.9% of ten year olds arent ready for the staff rank! Also, trial mod is also a pointless rank at the moment. I get that you watch the votes and promote people based on what the community and the other staff think, but once someones promoted to Trial, unless they're inactive they're guaranteed the mod rank. Mate, you've got to watch the communites opinions after they're promoted. Being biased. Staff members love those who love them, and they're not keen on those who dislike them. This is fine, but it shouldn't affect judgements and punishments. You staff need to be firm but fair. Don't publically express hate towards players, it might make them rage. All you're really doing is looking for a reason to ban them. Being staff does not make you superior. If anything, it makes you servants. You're there to make sure the game is good for everyone. You're here to make sure we have fun, not so that you can look good and be the only one having a great time. Final thing, to all staff. Lighten up just a little. This isn't a job, this isn't gonna determine whether you can be a president or a pornstar. You're just watching a game, making sure everyone is having a decent experience. If anyone is being terribly bad, they do deserve punishment. But you staff are so desperate to show you're doing a good job that you'll ban people for the smallest of things. That's not the right way to do it. If someone has a problem with a few inappropriate jokes, suggest ways for them to get over it. Don't go and punish whoever is being an ass. Demotions: Tones to Mod - as nice as tones is, I don't see her online much and when she is she is afk for hours on end, then she'll log out without saying goodbye. I feel like her permissions as Administrator could be put to better use by Spyro. Ranks stayed the same: Luigi as Owner - obvious? He's mature, he gets things done, and he's the heart of the server. Armz as Admin - He's good at being admin and he was a good Head-Admin, but I feel like it's fair for other people to have a shot at Head-Admin. James as Admin - although I think James is an extremely nice person, and we need him, I don't believe that he would fulfil Head-Admin to the highest standard. James often comes to me asking for help on commands and how he uses them, I am happy to advise him - but a Head-Admin should know all of this information themselves instead of having to rely on lower ranked staff to guide them. James must stay as an opped Admin because we need him in his timezone. Penq as Mod - well I haven't seen her online lately tbh, and when I used to she was very sexual. I have kept her as moderator because there must be a reason she is still moderator after all these years and luigi feels like he needs her in this position. Ellie as Mod - She's lovely and she's funny, I get on with her very well, the only reason I have not put her as Admin is because I feel she needs more experience. Sneaky as Mod - from what I have seen and heard, he does his job well. I haven't put him as Admin because I feel he needs more experience. Open admin position: I do not feel like any of the moderators left are really suited for Admin yet. Once ellie has some more experience I'd like her to be Admin. |

I quite like Tom's. Galbby, that could never happen. Being a banned & hated player, I'd be the last person to ever receive a staff rank. I do thank you, however, for assisting me in changing my ways. Here's one that I made --- My Staff Team --- Owner: Luigiofthebakery Explanation: it's Luigi... He runs and pays for the server, we can't exactly just demote him. Head admin: armzngunz Explanation: Back before all my nastiness started, Armz was head admin, and let me tell you, he was fantastic at his job! He was a little more slack than the other staff, and would not jump on every little slip up. He is a funny & smart guy, who deals with every situation correctly. Admin: Chip_Bruh Explanation: Chip has been working fantastically since the day he was promoted. He does so much for the server. Although hated by some, Chip handles situations appropriately, and enjoys a bit of a laugh. Admin: Thomasjones952 Explanation: One of my favourite staff members, although he has a slightly twisted sense of humour, he staffs the server properly, and doesn't pounce on every little slip up. Admin: Spyro0104 Explanation: Jordan is a funny kid, and I was shocked to find he was so young! I'd have guessed he was at least 20. Like I said somewhere above, he doesn't pounce on every tiny slip up. He deals with situations quickly and appropriately. Admin: Tones1208 Explanation: There have been times where I've hated Tones and felt as though her decisions as staff were terrible, however she seems to judge situations well, and won't freak out over every little cuss word. Admin: PumpkinPiePhD Explanation: I've hardly got to know Pumpkin, but he seems like a cool guy. I believe he is the only staff member without a complaint against him. He could take things less seriously, but overall he seems awesome. Mod: Nickle909 Seems like a fantastic guy, friendly, jolly. He can take a joke and isn't too strict (from what I've seen). Mod: Irk Explanation: Irk has been here since before time began, and he seems to know how to deal with situations appropriately. (I am not typing out his name). Mod: Emily Explanation: I'm not typing out her IGN either, but she seems cool. I used to dislike her, but she showed me the other side of her, and I believe that she is awesome. Mod: Acethegreat98 Explanation: Ace has been here for a while, but he is a friendly, funny kid who can take jokes, and won't pounce on every little slip up. He is a helpful member of the community, Every time I see him on he's either helping iBarry_Allen to use proper english via PM, helping someone out in faction chat, or helping someone in main chat. He and I have talked on occasion and he is very kind and understanding of others. There have also been times he's helped me identify problems with either Hyperion or noticeable ’no-no’s’ thats happened before i logged on, sends me logs as well needing me to verify them. Do I also need to point out, He's also in the UK/EU zone? We need this guy for mod. xD Demotions: Spyro0104: As much as Jordan has done, I’m afraid that doesn’t save him from my judgement, He is offline for days on end and when he’s not he’s on for about half an hour before he asks anyone if they wanna play bed wars then leaves. RossWhitfield: I mean, Ross is a great guy and all, but I can’t even say to myself anything positive he could bring to the server as either a mod or an admin. Plus he’s too new to be an admin. Nothing done: Most of this will be my judgement saying something luigiofthebakery: He runs the ****ing server, nothing more to say. armzngunz: Could go on and on, but I won’t, so I’ll condense it. He’s been staff for longer than I have, which is saying something, so he knows the commands better than most staff members. He is also fairly active. Chip_Bruh: Kept him as head admin for 2 reasons in particular. 1: I didn’t want to seem like i have an ego, because literally i beat myself after I do anything thinking its bad. 2: He’s the better staff member out of him and myself. I know others will say otherwise but its the truth. Myself (Tones1208/Susan): So I’ll bring back what i said on Chips reason. If i put myself as head admin people would think i have an ego, which i don’t. I beat myself after every little insignificant little detail of everything i do, thinking its wrong. Even though I have held my position for almost 3 years, I do not think myself worthy of the position, however want to give it a try. Zedcall: Alright this is where my judgement is kicking in hardcore. Zed is a wonderful mod, but my judgement is telling me its still a bit too close for comfort to have him as anything higher than mod. He could compete with Loki/Shad for head mod though. Yoshkiksar: Literally just got the rank, I think its way to soon for him to even think about admin. Alright, this is my list. Hopefully No one took anything of what I said to heart, because I know everyone will probably kill me for just going off of judgement alone. Well heres to a good rest of the year!
