Hello, as most of you will know, My name is Chip_Bruh and i am an Administrator on the server.i have been staff for over a year now and Admin since April 7th. During my time as staff i have done many things for the server, some of which are more noticeable than others, these include: - The building of the current spawn including the tutorial and useful information cave. - implementation of the random warp command block which is useful for players to use to random TP themselves for their own wants or needs. - building of /warp RulesExp - Staffing the server to my highest ability - fixing server lag / preventing crashes the list is very long and it would be impractical to list everything, but that is the general idea. one of the reasons i believe i would be a good Head-Admin is because i have been OP in the past which enabled myself to help many more players and fix more issues which people like only Luigi might have been able to fix, which would take longer to be done as he has college and sleeps during my waking hours. promoting me to Head-Admin would re-enable myself to continue this assistance. another reason i would like to be Head-Admin is because i am very knowledgeable with this amount of power, from being an owner of a successful server and also having OP and other staff ranks on other servers. i staff in a way that promotes fun for all players, but also cracks down on those that go too far. some may know me for wrong reasons, some may know me for the right reasons, i am here today to prove to you that you should only know me for on the RIGHT reasons :) over this past month of me being away, my life has changed severely, this has enabled me to look clearer on life and follow a path which is much superior than my past. Multiple players have said they'd like me as Head-Admin, so i thought why not make an application :D thank you for reading -Chip xx |

You can be an awesome person but I just wouldn't trust you with the responsibility which comes with OP and this rank. I wouldn't trust my best friend with it either if it would be him in this situation. I don't think someone's misuse of their power should be left in their past plainly because it's happened and it's 'over'. Anything that poses an issue with responsibility and trustworthiness should be taken into account regardless of the time or date which it happened. This is head-admin you're applying for. A rank which takes further responsibility, and you didn't prove it with OP. |

I would also like to add that you abusing OP isn't my only reason why I -1'ed this. You also happened to be involved in a lot of drama in the past, e.g. the time Lerz got repromoted and people had to beg you to come back as staff because you quit due to Lerz' promotion. I wouldn't trust someone with a rank as Head Admin if they act like this. And you can say "yeah but it's in the past and it will never happen again" but you can't tell what will happen in the future. Also, people take your past into consideration, you can't really do anything about that. That's how it goes in real life too. |

@Shin @Sparqy @Matodir Of course, I understand your points exactly. I understand that people will base their vote a lot on my History, that's how the world works in general - though I would really like to emphasise how much I have changed. people like Matodir have seen first hand how I act these days. Shin and Sparqy, maybe you'd like to join the server some time and monitor my behaviour? Matodir hated me not too long ago and now we get on like 2 peas in a pod xD. Think of me as twins in one body, you wouldn't allow the behavior of one twin to affect the other would you? That would be unfair. I'm a different person but I look the same ;0 @Drago could you elaborate on why you think I haven't changed please? Also I believe that you misunderstood what I meant when referring to hate on Shin. In no way did I mean that he is hating on me because of my past, I just meant that I don't hate on him for his past, because it's the past. I am a strong believer in change, for instance I gave my ex partner about 7 new chances and now she has changed into a much nicer and loving person to what she was. I expected to have some negative feedback, I'm fully aware of my past and I expected the current people who have -1'd to do so. I am happy to have a chat with anyone which is unsure, I'm going to prove myself to you guys! It just takes time. |

While you have been very helpful recently, and I may not know you very well just yet, I don't think it would be wise for you to be head admin becuase of the negative impression that many people have of you from what has happened before. Unfortunately I do not know what happened before, and I will admit that I am too lazy to read the logs, but unfortunately that negative stuff that happened will always stick with you and will make it hard for some members to either take you seriously and/or trust you. This may not be your fault, but I think it would be best if the community had a head-admin that the players could more easily trust and get along with, someone who hasn't had a lot of drama in the past on this server. And I know that the past is the past, but unfortunately what happened in the past always follows us into the future. I'm not blaming you for what happened, but unfortunately some players do.-1 |
