There are two polls. This is because we need two new moderators, once the polls have closed, all votes will be added together. The top two most voted players will have a higher chance of becoming moderators.

You MUST vote for seperate players on each vote poll. You must only vote for each person one time.
If you vote for the same player on both polls it will be pretty clear - you should not do this, as it will only harm the player's legitimacy.

Each player on this poll has had at least one staff member vouch for them to be a moderator.

Please note that if you are 1st or 2nd, your future as moderator is NOT guaranteed. It's just more likely.

I appreciate that the staff are implementing some democracy in the process of promoting players to Mods, and I am also glad that certain players names are not on the poll. That being said, I am really dissapointed that Astro_Dogs and IAmSavannah are not on the polls, as I think they would make the best Mods out of anyone currently available. I will still vote though, but it is going to be a little bit of a pain having to go through all the threads to see what people say about the users that are on the polls, since I know little to nothing about most of them, and hardly see any of them on. :\

Please remember that the players on these polls are not the only players which are eligible for a promotion in the near future.
These are just the players which at least one staff member would prefer to become moderator over anyone else.

If you wish, you may comment YOUR top pick(s) for a promotion(s) that are not in the polls; they will also be taken into higher consideration when a final decision is made.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!! if you aren't on the poll, it just means you need to prove yourself more!
The more you push yourself to the top pick, the more we will want to promote you! (Obviously)

Ah, ok.

Now that I have been looking through the applications, there seem to be some good choices on the polls, I just haven't interacted with those people much at all, and hadn't taken the time to look at their applications until now.

Edit:
Now that I am done looking through all of their applications, I think the biggest reason why I have not seen them much is becuase a lot of them are from Europe, and I am usually awake and playing when most people in Europe are playing, becuase I live in California.

While I'm not really trying to start anything with you chip, you endorsed Ivy, according to Ellie. Mind you that Ivy hasn't been on for nearly 5 days, and is afk usually when on. So according to staff : inactive is a great trait to have

Haha. Sorry for being inactive :/ I now have school, homework, clubs and some issues in real life to sort out. If you want honestly, I'm unsure if I particularly deserve mod anyway. I'm young, easily stressed and have a few problems (people close to me will know my main one).
Astro, yes, thankfully I am not dead.
Chip, I appreciate that. It's kind to hear.

Lol, tbh he's only up there because I practically forced it (i went against the other staff), they've heard and seen traits in Shin that they don't want in a moderator.

Then there is the time shin's friends spammed the forum saying to make shin mod...
If I'm perfectly honest, Shin is the least likely to be mod anyway

I don't actually know half of the traits, ask the staff members yourself, one of them is admin and one is a mod, I'll let you work with that.

Shin, Armz's votes grew over a period of days, I've been checking these polls hourly, Armz did not cheat and his votes have been added over days.

Yours was on 0 votes on the first poll, 2 votes on the second poll. 1 hour later it was on 8 votes on the first poll and 10 votes on the second poll.
You, or someone else, voted for you on both polls and did it 8 times using different ip addresses.

Yesterday on the server people were discussing who they were voting for, and a lot of the people who voted yesterday happened to vote for me, I rather think that's more of a coincidence than actual spamming.

And I've actually been tracking the whole thing yesterday all day long, I haven't been on 0 votes on the first one yesterday, I was around 4 on it since I've been above bang for most of the day. And my votes didn't just grow in two hours, they grew through the day :/

Different IP adresses? The poll takes both usernames and IPs, so just by changing IP you won't do anything you twat.

As for those traits, I asked tom about it and the only thing he could think of is that I've quit a few times in the past, which is indeed a bad thing but I had my own reasons for that.

If another one of those traits involves what happened with Crafty, let me explain: What I did was way too far, I know that and I accepted it. I took a break for a while because of it, to calm down and to make sure something like that would never happen again. And I feel like it worked as I feel I matured a lot in that way. I learned not to let personal feelings influence my behaviour towards people on the server from it.

And if you actually think I am as desperate to spam my own votes or get someone else to do it, I don't think you've gotten the right idea of me. Ever since I made my mod app back in January I wanted to become a moderator, do you really think I am dumb enough to get my stuff spammed so I will ruin my chance on this poll?

And have you seen the amount of positive feedback on all my applications? It would not be weird if people actually would vote for me judging by all that.

Please note I am not defending myself because I am power hungry or anything. I just feel really disadvantaged here as my votes are called invalid based on assumptions that I or someone else would have spammed for me on this. If this was not me but dylan or armz as example in this situation I'd defend them the same way.

The poll has absolutely nothing to do with usernames or the server. I made the poll and I set it to only check for ip duplication voting.

On the very first day that the polls were up, I vote for both Shindori and Armz. My process of deciding was based on the feedback on their moderator applications, since I don't them well ebough to decide on my own. Shindori was most preferred, and Armz originally tied in second but I chose him over the other person becuase he is older

I doubt drago, and if they can spam vote, why do it about 3 times only right? Plus nino already validated at least 10 out of about 16 votes, so I doubt there is a lot of vote spammers.
