When said childish staff abuses given power complaints are necessary and should be considered serious - being a child and having power does not make you immune to demotions. Age doesn't matter - being a child and having complaints against you makes you just as eligible for a demotion as any other of different age. People can complain about any staff figure. If it happens to be a child who coincidentally is acting childish with his/her power and behavior in game, then yes, I would also add to my complaint of his/her childish behavior with given power.In this case, Ellie is very young and fits the stereotype for many people as a childish staff member in terms of enforcement maturity. |
