Have you been banned on any other servers?: No, not that I remember. Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I would like to be Moderator to help this server out. Everyday I see a problem that I cannot solve because nobody pays attention to anything I say. I try to help others with their problems, but I can never do that. How long can you be active on the server every day?: 4:15-8:45 What country do you live in?: The United States. How long have you been on the server?: For about Two Weeks or so. Thanks for Reading! (By the way, Ten isn't actually Young. I think that Ten is just a Number, that doesn't Conflict to age. If anyone says I am too young, I will be forced to ignore them. The reason to this is because it shouldn't matter about my age, and wont effect my chances of getting Mod at all.). |

you didnt capitalize "for", and btw 10 is a bit young, we have 12 year olds as staff and we're debating whether or not they are to young. |

-1.Doesn't respond to criticism. Begs instead of fixing apparent issues, makes another application instead of editing her last one. You've made several applications so far. You should consider editing your application instead of making a new one. Too early of an application from which the date you joined. Last application read one week, now it reads two weeks or 'so'? Please don't lie about join dates. Doesn't give insight on 'problems' she sees 'everyday'. Doesn't give specification on a.m. or p.m., makes it confusing understanding what times she could be staffing if possible. (she made a new application after reading my criticism and didn't bother to fix the things needed to be fixed in the process.) Should use official timezones. Naming the application 'new and improved' is absurd. |

If you honesty think everyone hates you when you put out a public poll in the form of an application, what was the point of making three applications?This is an indirect democracy, where the people vote but the elector (luigi) have to decide. Please refrain from complaining about your turnout when it's your responsibility to confront the criticism as you made the applications public in the first place. Saying people hate you or don't care about you won't solve anything. Toughen up, overcome the criticism and FIX the problems we listed prior. As you're ten years old, you should learn that nothing good comes from whining about an issue without any proposed solution in place. Instead of being dependent; "Awe, man, I can't pay my bills. I wish someone would pay them for me." "I can't fix my issues on my mod app. Why won't anyone vote for me? :(" Be independent; "Awe, man, I can't pay my bills on time. Maybe I should look into getting a weekend job for extra cash to survive." "I can't seem to focus on my issues in this mod app. Maybe I should look into getting help from a staff member to improve my qualities both in-game and outside of it." |

Wanted to know why I had a colored nick as citizen but I didn't have time to explain why because I was pvping someone, instantly threatens to go to ellie to get my nickname removed. Seems rather impatient and immature as she started to ignore me because I said something about her being impatient.-1 |

-As promised-People feel that you aren't suitable for a staff position, this is most likely because of your recent actions and not your age. I myself have not seen in you, the qualities that a moderator or any staff member must have. You have abused your most important commands as a donator, these being /kick, /smite and /broadcast. Your lust for becoming a staff member is not admirable. In fact, it makes you come across as very power hungry. Although you may have not started arguments you have still been in them and dragged them on. A recent example is when Jes disagreed with something you said. When people don't want you to be staff, and voice their opinion on the matter you instantly call them out because you think they're only putting the basis of your age in their decision when as a matter of fact it's more to do with your behavior and actions as a donator. You really need to work on your temper, responses and overall maturity. |
