Not on any other server, however, on Webbcraft I've been banned, I believe 4 times? Only one of these was an actual legitimate ban that was upheld. Why do you think you should be a moderator? I believe that I can assist in situations that occur usually when no staff is online, usually while there are 10-20 players online, and, usually I or another player needs to wake up a staff member to get them on to handle the situation. I feel that if I was a mod, I, instead of requesting "Back-up", could instead handle the situation, and hopefully leave all parties involved satisfied with the results. How long can you be active on the server every day? On the weekdays 5-9 Hours, on the weekend I can get all the way up to around 23-24. What country do you live in? I currently (as of 7/28/16) reside in the U.S in Alaska. How long have you been on the server? My official recorded login date is 2016-02-04 09:02:31, so I've been on the server just about 175 days, so around half a year in total. ______________________________________________________________ As you all know I ran for mod just a month or two ago (Not great with time, sorry.) And I well, to put it plainly, was struck down by one of the admins and wasn't even listed as a candidate choice during the voting days. I have since learned from the experience, as I know why I was removed. Initially, I thought it was an attack on me as a person, but it was more so a staff member making sure someone who was argumentative and begun and ended fights constantly wouldn't be chosen. After some interaction with players, I know that many will -1 this, and I respect that. I have, to put it bluntly, been an asshole to a lot of you. And I truly am sorry for that. I wish I could make it right, but with the amount of time that has passed, I don't think I can with most of you. Datgoodbear & Mumfie, I am sorry for being such a prick to both of you, and if you still -1 I fully understand. To the rest of you, I hope to see your opinions on this, I want to see why you all want me to- or to not, become a mod. And to all of the other applicants (Especially Dylan), Good luck! Minouargent, I'm sorry that you think I responded angrily? I did not intend to come off that way. I have recently been under pressure from others and I have an upcoming trip I've been preparing for, so my responses have been pushed out usually without checking how they sound. However, reviewing your responses, you seem to have a sort of personal problem with me. If you'd like to discuss this further in a more private way, I am usually always on Skype (MissingSummerProject). Thank you all for your feedback!@MegaMC Would you mind explaining what you mean so I can improve? @Sav I am on a lot, recently I was on vacation for 3 days so I wasn't able to get on that much. Also I believe we are in different timezones which is why you might not see me. Also usually I'm waiting for glass to smelt or ores to turn into ingots, which is why I'm usually marked as afk. I am not though, as usually I'm monitoring the chat. |

+1 While I don't know Astro very well yet, he has been one of the most helpful members when it comes to explaining things, including the rules. It is also helpful that he is online late at night, since he lives in Alaska. While it is too early for me to know for sure if he would make a good mod, he hasn't done anything bad that I know of since I joined, so he would at the very least, make an acceptable mod. |
