If you own land at spawn that you’re not using, please un-claim it. Many people are going to be looking for land in the spawn and I have noticed while walking around myself that there is a lot of land claimed by factions that are NOT using it. |

Any claims in the spawn town not being used are invalid and may be unclaimed by staff if someone else requests to build there. An unused claim is one that does not contain any visible structure at the surface. |
