is the guy the 15Y or 18Y?if he is 18 then he is seen in the eyes of the law as a rapist (involuntary rape because the girl isn't old enough to give consent) and a pedophile. if the guy is 15 then it doesn't make the guy anything other than a criminal for underage sexual activity. |

A'ight i asked my brother Penq, he said pretty much what i said in my first comment, he just said it in loads detail and started quoting laws and stuff that i cant remember xDHe said if the guy is 18 years old and is named and called out for the offences, he will be put under investigation but not be held anywhere he'll just be notified of the accusations. He said it is extremely easy to escape conviction unless there are witnesses or evidence of sexual fluids. the jail time varies a lot but typically they average about 4 years jail time. the more serious ones with solid evidence and brutality -during the sexual act - can get up to 15 years MAX. minimal jail time 12 months for the not-so-proven convicts. |
