Firstly I'm not going to name any names but you know who you are.Also take this a friendly advice.As we all know their are a small group of players who are constantly at each others throats and this has been happening for ages and we all play minecraft for fun and not to argue (I hope ) First thing, If someone -1 your mod app accept it.If you don't like a person and they -1 it ignore it.At the end of the day it's only one vote and replying will only make things worse. Secondly, If you -1 a mod app don't go back and repeat the same things and if they retaliate either ignore them or show evidence and then ignore them. Thirdly,if someone is harassing you ignore them (all they want is a reaction) instead collect evidence of it and send it to staff and let them deal with it. If someone is trespassing on your land either ask them nicely and if they don't go tell staff and take evidence or ignore them. However if you have donated you could disable your tp and double tp them to spawn. If someone is being offensive, racist ect collect evidence,don't react and just kick them until they stop and then tell staff later. To be honest I don't know why I'm having to write this but some people don't know how to respond to this situation so I hope this has helped at least one person.
