Chapter 1: All server rules apply. All 14 server rules are included within our law. You must respect them at all times. Any breach of these rules will result in a full report against the player who committed the crime, regardless of the victim. Chapter 2: --Building Permissions & Farming.-- A) Griefing The act of modifying a build, removing blocks from a build, adding blocks from a build, swapping/changing/modifying blocks from a build, the act of 'trolling' or playing pranks, causing upset, adding blocks to a build that is not yours, anything that involves modifying a building without permission. B) Plots You are not allowed to build within the city limits, this includes parts of the wilderness that have been or will be built on by PineWoodSP, unless given permission by PineWood's council itself. You can apply for a permit by visiting the town hall. We hold the right to remove any unwanted buildings in our city, building within our region is illegal and will be classed as grief and if such an act is committed a full report against such player will be filed. C) If you acquire a permit to build or own a property in New Town it must be used responsibly. You're not allowed to do the following: -You are only allowed to construct within the marker you have been provided. -You are not allowed to extend the house in any way without a permit, regardless of who constructed the house. Each part of the island has it's plans and if this is disrupted reports will be filed. -Basements aren't allowed without a permit, regardless of there is nothing below the house. -Creating a shop or business is 100% disallowed without a permit. -We hold the right to evict a person from their property if any of the rules are breached. -We hold the right to demolish a build if the rules are not followed in it's construction. -All builds must stay within the medieval/western theme of New Town, no modern creations, redstone contraptions, automobiles or anything outside of that time period. -Once a build is constructed it is not allowed to be modified without a permit. -Regardless of a builds owner, we own the land therefor we have 100% decision on what happens to it if rules are breached. -We will not demolish your build and/or evict you unless you haven't followed our rules and guidelines. -Once a permit is revoked you will not be allowed to apply for another one. -You can appeal if a permit is revoked in the town hall of New Town. D) Farming. Use of public farms is legal as long as you are respectful. Replant after harvest, if soil is trampled you are obliged to fix it. If not, you are a griefer. -You are not allowed to create a farm indoors, all farms must be outside. -You are not allowed to create a farm without the necessary permit(s). -Pretend 'drug' farms are disallowed. -Long streams of water in a farm is disallowed-Use single holes around the farm area to make it look more acceptable. -Farms must be looked after and kept clean at all times. -We hold the right to destroy a farm if these rules are breached. -Animal farms must be kept at an appropriate size- Under 35 animals to reduce lag and prevent the despawning of animals in the town, with the exception of chickens which we allow 50. -All animals must be well looked after. -We are not held responsible if your animals are killed or stolen. -Large horse farms are disallowed. A maximum of 6 horses per person is permitted. -Eggs must be collected daily to prevent entity lag- If this isn't enforced your chickens will be killed or confiscated. -To own an animal farm you must have a permit. Apply in the town hall to get one. Chapter 3:Businesses You can apply for a shop/business in the town hall today. Not all applications are accepted. You can also invest in a business, (read this topic for more information on investments http://webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=3442). -Businesses must be kept open regularly or they will be closed down and resold by the town hall. -All businesses must be in an appropriate condition. -All foods must be collected or purchased from New Town or any towns nearby. -Serving or drinking more than 5 potions at a time is illegal- We are not a PvP town & the act of drinking potions is to act out drinking, not for PvP purposes. -Prices must be at an acceptable rate. -Staff must be polite at all times. -Advertisement of your business can only be done every 10 minutes in-game, as the server staff have decided. -No scamming. -No lying. -No rip offs. -No inappropriate signs, parties, events, etc unless it is rated. B) Player trades. Player trades. (manual ones), done within the region are not our responsibility, but rules must be followed and we will back up the victim fully if the rules are not followed: -No scamming- Give what you promised. -Be fair, do not rip your client off. -If using banknotes, you must pay the full price PLUS the taxes that come with it. -Do not sell stolen goods. -Do not sell illegit/spawned in goods. -Do not duplicate goods purchased in the town. -Respect your buyer/seller. Chapter 4: PvP. PvP in the town itself isn't allowed unless in a rodeo ring or PvP arena. It is illegal to do so. In PvP arenas: -Potions are allowed unless agreed otherwise. -Golden apples are allowed unless agreed otherwise. -No item returns unless agreed otherwise. -No killing players as they heal, collect their items or are gearing up. -No scamming or lying about what gear you have, if asked you have the choice to be honest or say "no comment". -No excessive killing. -Be fair. -Do not abuse your /pvp powers or any powers that give you an advantage in PvP, such as /tp,/fly,/heal,/warp,/home,/spawn,etc. Chapter 5: Player Privacy. Trespassing is 100% disallowed. Full reports will be made if caught. /tping shall be done with permission. -You are allowed to go to the town, anywhere pretty much, but if asked to leave by officials, you must do so. -Do not go into buildings marked private. -Do not go into peoples farms, homes without permission unless marked public. -Just because a part of the town is wilderness does not mean you are not trespassing- If it's built on it belongs to us. -Do not claim near or in the town. Instead of making a bunch of topics about your faction, why not use your website more and use one topic and bump it each godmother a new thread comes out on the site?You could name it (PinewoodSP news) And post links and bump it every so offended? |

It's better posting a topic here so people can reply and comment on it instead of on another site where it's a hassle for people to register, login, etc. when they're already logged in here. |

Anyone else think its BS that a 1 level basement costs 3.5K?If it could be lowered that would be greeeeeeeat. The high price could put some people off. |

Hi Dublindevil,We agree 3,500 for a basement is a tad too high. As a result, we have decided to lower the price by over half. Basements now cost 1,500 per level with a maximum of 2 levels. You have been refunded 2,000. Thanks for your comment. |
