It has been changed to "Rule 3, bypassing a: jail,mute, and ban. ~Penq"You can't bypass a jail, and I was temp-banned on my alternate account. |

Dear Gavin, you were being pretty harassing towards Penq and other players. You were muted in the name of good, yet you decided to bypass this. This is a legit reason for Penq to ban you. And for Penq: I have to say a permanent ban is a little too extreme, but a temporary ban of a couple of days would be a fitting punishment for this case. |

@Larsy13 The only player who I was "harassing" was Penquinator, if you even call it that. It started out as a joke which eventually turned into Penquinator shitting her pants. |

Gavin I saw you do this stuff. Now let me explain the rules you broke and why you deserve the punishment(s) you got.Rule 3: Be nice to other players. You were highly disrespectful and were constantly rude and acted immature. Rule 4: Do not be abusive. In essence using /minecraft:me while muted and jailed is abusing the command as it is evading punishment set out for you. If you are muted, it means you shouldn't be able to communicate with anyone. Also it can be argued that using multiple accounts to evade a ban is abusing your rights as a player. (also kind of counts as username changing, which is forbidden) Rule 10: No excessive swearing. You may argue that you weren't excessively swearing however if you look at the meaning more, it means not to use cuss words for no reason. You were throwing cuss words out at penq like "lilbitch" and "you whore". |

i started seeing him again yesterday and immediately noticed he was being extremely rude and argumentative, aside from bypassing mute, whether it should have been mute or something else. |
