As many of you know yesterday, Friday, November 13, 2015, the largest attack on Paris occurred since WWII. There were a number of coordinated attacks throughout Paris resulting in causalities over a hundred. To any player who lives or has family in France, Webbcraft's and my heart go out to you. Remember, this was done by ISIS, as reports are showing, these attacks do not represent the ideals of all Muslims, they are just as disgusted by the attacks as we are. |

This was a very sad event. Even though I live in New York, I'm still overly cautious when I do the simplest things as I go outside. New York is doubling security through out the city that you see police almost every where, especially the world trade center. What happened in Paris was ridiculous. I hope everyone is doing well. |

We had a 1 min silence on 12 PM. So i thought, why don't we all work together to destroy those stupid ISIS dudes and save Syria? Good idea right? I know that plan is occurring, but i think more countries need to get involved, and lock the country, check them, see if they got weapons. If all the countries do that: No more terrorism in those countries. Unless you got people INSIDE the country. Then: We all send bigger units to Syria to destroy the ISIS. We are strong enough to do that. Now about the attack. I saw it on the news, kid friend day news, read it in the paper. It is horrible, how people can think their god tells them to kill those innocent people. All the muslims in my school said they aren't real muslims. I agree. I can't imagine why they do that. I never cry, but i almost cried here. That's like the biggest achievement you can ever get: almost making me cry. Here some info: There were 14 terrorists in Paris: The biggest attack was during a concert: details from a man on the phone in the news: It started with 1 shot, everyone thought it was firework, it wasn't firework. It happened again, then people started to get scared and went down on the floor, 2 brown (arabic, north africa) people, started fireing with machine guns (Russian, i can't pronounce and spell the name). They just shot random people in the crowd, over 100 people died, 300 people got hurt. Some made it out of the building, but some didn't. A pregnant women jumped out of the window and managed to not kill her by holding a pipe. All those poor people, died. They also attacked a football/soccer station from the outside, and a random restaurant. R.I.P. to the people who died, you are not anymore in this cruel world anymore. But the others will have to manage to live without you. #prayforparis |

As words can't explain the pain i feel for you France. I hope you know that the world felt this attack with you .... My hope and prayers got to the people of Paris and hope they find inner peace in a time like this....Your not alone........ Paris your not alone. We mourn with you. |

@Humans, now that we have had time to pay our moments of silence to the innocent who lost their lives on that fateful Friday, I would like to bring up a few things. This attack and ISIS are remarkably similar to the attack of and that led to the 2001 bombing. We must look at the past at see the mistakes we made in blind revenge and build on those. We can not just "nuke 'em'" as past weeks have their are millions of innocent lives trapped where ISIS is occupying. It is also risky on the land invasion side, during the second invasion of Iraq we toppled a dictator thinking he had weapons of mass destruction, he didn't. In less than a year, the radical forces, who had been suppressed by the dictator's forces, took over the country. Here, now, America wants to topple another dictator while Russia wants to keep him in power to disallow anyone worse from taking over. We must not allow are emotions control the fact of going to war or not. We can't afford to. The countries need to figure a way to fight ISIS without similar civilian causalities of the Iraqi war. To those saying I, or rather we, should not we talking about war, the conflict has not yet peaked, and in a few years I will signing up for the draft, so this is very well an issue that concerns the majority of the player on this server. I wish ignorance was bliss, but I have to tell you guys - War isn't going to fix this. We are currently fighting in a war that has deprived America of so much money, and has killed millions of people even though ISIS is out there doing these horrible things.Stopping these people for good will never happen, sadly. But my condolences go out to everyone who was effected, and I urge everyone to stay strong. Hardships come, but in the end, we are all stronger. |
