Hi!I've been noticing recent problems with pvp'ing. The main problem people have been having is pvp give backs. If two or more players don't decide to give back items, then that means you have to give to give back there items no matter any circumstances. If you find the stuff on the floor and don't know if It belongs to anyone simply check in chat to see if anyone was ranting because they've lost there items, and if you can't see anyone looking for there armor... Keep it... I guess. If you do decide that you're gonna do pvp givebacks then you deffintly have to give back the items, and If the player refuses to give back the items screenshot them saying they were going to give back the items in chat and report he/she on forums. I hope I cleared the situation people having been having :P |

Let me clear this and a few other controversial rules up so it's easier to read....PvP Rules 1. Givebacks Givebacks must be decided before the match starts; if it is not decided beforehand, then the winner is allowed to keep the items by default. So if you don't want to lose your items, make sure to specify before you start. 2. PvP Logging PvP Logging includes: -Leaving the arena/game after dealing damage to another player -Being in the arena without PvP enabled -Leaving the arena/game after being damaged by another player -Being in creative mode/godmode in the arena If you are in the arena, you are eligible for death no matter what. If you don't want to die, stay out of war zones. Spectating is done outside the arena in safe zones, spectating inside the warzone qualifies as PvP logging. 3. No Potions/Enchanted Golden Apples Unless decided beforehand, potion or god apple use is prohibited. Both players must agree on using them, if only one player agrees then it is still breaking the rule. Invisibility potions are never allowed, under any circumstances. 4. Stealing This goes along with PvP logging, but when someone goes into the arena to steal another player's items after that player dies. It is most often done with PvP off, but sometimes people will rush in and get out before they can be punished for PvP logging. This is the same as normal stealing, and should be dealt with as such. I hope this helps! |

"1. GivebacksGivebacks must be decided before the match starts; if it is not decided beforehand, then the winner is allowed to keep the items by default. So if you don't want to lose your items, make sure to specify before you start." I thought that you had to decide to NOT give back items, so that you have to return them by default, but if you want to keep items as a prize for winning, you have to agree beforehand. This was the case in some older pvp arenas in the previous map, but I am not sure about this one. |

As far as I know, the new map uses my version of the givebacks rule, I wasn't trying to make a big deal out of it. I always give back items anyways, as I have no need for them as a donator. |

What did I do? I didn't suggest anything and I was only saying what I knew/know of the rule. And by "my version", I mean the one I put in my previous comment. |

PvP rules is a controversial issue and one that I think should be resolved by a simple reply by Luigi |
