I have decided to share my staff handbook I have made for my server! This includes procedures for situations and rules that I have my staff follow. Staff Rules: 1. There will be no abuse of powers, if I find any signs of it, I will investigate and handle it. 2. If there is a dispute between two staff members, there will be consequences. 3. You are NOT to ban a player for every rule that is broken, there are set procedures to follow and I expect they are followed. 4. Admins: No spawning in items for other players and this pertains to builders too. 5. Powertool is NOT a toy. 6. Do not argue with players that disagree with how you handle things, that is why Wolves and I are here for that. 7. Inactivity isn’t really tolerated, please be on at least once a day or every two days. 8. Please do not go AFK constantly. 9. It is not tolerated to ignore and not help players, I know it is hard but please try to squeeze everyone in. 10. Favoritism is not tolerated. Staff Procedures: 1. Griefs: Minor 10 blocks or less, will be temp banned for a week. Major: 10 blocks or more is a perm 2. Hackers: Perm ban with appeal, if hacks are not removed after appeal it is ban again with no appeal. 3. If players are being disrespectful toward each other, please warn them first, and then punish them. 4. If another staff member is abusing powers, be sure to collect proof or if a builder is abusing, don’t be afraid to call them out on it but you do need to be respectful about it. 5. If a player asks for something other than Citizen, warn them three times and if they continue it’s a mute. 6. If a player does ask for creative mode or free items, inform them it is not ok. 7. Giving away spawned items is completely illegal, and if it happens jail for 12 hours, and again is 3 days. 8. Spamming will be handled by first warning kick, second 10 minute mute, third tempban for an hour. 9. Unconsented pvp is followed with a jail of one hour and stuff given back to the players, and items are required back in the arena. 10. Cussing at players isn’t allowed. so mute for however long you feel is correct. 11. Advertising is something to be perm banned with appeal. This is for staff members to use as a reference and players who are looking to be staff! ~Clock xx |

It's better to give staff a simple guide, very helpfull for trial mods. Ckvoss your comment was pointless in itself. |

1. Arguing within staff? Yes ill just let the new staff do whatever they want cause i cant argue. 2.luigi lets the staff decide what the punishment is unless its extremely too severe or under severe. 3. We are allowed to ignore players if they dont listen to us. 4. Were allowed to argue with players on topics/other stuff 5. Who the hell made you owner, or staff of any sort for that matter? I mean its good to see players enforce rules but your taking it too far. 6. There are already guidelines to giving out items and since your donator you should knoe this. 7. If somebody isnt respectful to you, you have no "responsibility" to be respectful to them, but be professional still. 8. Repeat what i said in number 2 9. Advertiding and hacking has no chance for appeal unless there are unsurfaced details or staff made a bad decision. Overall: this list isnt right at all, its basically a list of "do this because i used to be staff" rules. |

and No that isn't what I personally did in the past because I was staff, I handled things very differently, these procedures have been discussed between me and all of my staff members and we agreed on the following. |
