Hello guys! I am so glad your here reading this!

Before I start, I have requested the delete of my old helper application, however, this was denied because it forms part of the forum history with the most views and replies on the whole forums.

I am fourteen years old, fifteen in February.



Interested in the position of:

Helper, and If I am offered a promotion from there I will happily take it.



Gender


Male, well. Maleish.



Ban history on other servers.


-Griefing: I was new to MineCraft, and It was my fault, I had read the rules but I really did not know what griefing meant at this point, since Its not something used in survival mode, nevertheless, I should have known better. (4 yrs ago)

-Raiding: On the same server as the griefing, I regret my actions. (4 yrs ago)



I should be a helper because...


I admit, I have not been the perfect player, but as most of you know, I have changed a lot in the past month or so.


The reason I am applying for helper is obviously, so I can help, not for the power, pride, simply to help. I can be a very active helper, and settle arguments easily.

I am very good with commands, especially with faction commands, which is what people struggle with the most.

As well as helping people, I want to help them enjoy their MineCraft experience, I can & will dedicate all of my playtime to helping.

I believe I can make this server a much better place than it already is, make every moment a happy moment for everyone in the server. I will not accept any arguments, and I shall deal with them in an appropriate manner.

When It comes to punishments, I am fair & logical. I know what punishments are deserved and when they are deserved, and who deserves to be punished. I will not punish anybody without sufficient evidence, and I will obey all rules, including the staff rules.

I am very helpful, I help everyone, if anyone has a question I will answer it.

I am fully aware there are mixed feelings on me becoming a helper, but I assure you all that I am fully capable of the position and handling situations in a suitable manner. I am ready for the position now more than ever, and I am fully aware of it.




How much time I can dedicate to WebbCraft


As I previously said, If I get the position I will drop anything at the drop of a hat to help anyone. I will dedicate my whole time to helping if needed.

I will be on the server anything between 7-15 hours a day, especially now In the summer, since I do not go back to school until September.


Time on Webbcraft


I have been playing on this amazing community server for around 7-9 months now, unfortunately I cannot give you an exact date.




Staffing experience


-I started off on a small skyblock server, I was a member of staff there for 6 months and then the server closed down and re-opened as a Hunger Games server and was not a success and the owner(s) decided to close it down.

I was a moderator on this server, worked my way up to enforcer & then Admin. I


-A survival server. I can´t even remember the name! I was a member of staff on it for 9 months. I went from helper, to mod, then to co-owner (without being promoted to head mod, admin, head admin or anything).
Then the head admin decided to grief the whole server with world edit because "he got bored of minecraft" The owner being a bit of a noob, did not have any world backups.

-Eveecraft. (Name slightly changed for advertising probs)

An amazing tekkit server, I was a helper on it but they had 3 dif servers and they closed it since everyone went to the new one.

It adds up to

Trial-mod 4 times, all of which were accepted.
Admin twice I believe, mod 4 times and co-owner once.

Helper once, hopefully twice soon.



Minecraft skills


I am a good builder, amazing at survival and redstone, I can do pretty much anything in MineCraft other than PvP.

9/10 on MC skills.



I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this application, I have now made up with all the people whom I have had disagreements with & I have helped out a lot.

Please bare in mind that the Helper Rank is not classed as a staff position, and I am simply asking for this rank to help out, not for the power, not that I get much more power anyway.

I have really changed, If you believe otherwise please hang with me in-game before casting your vote :D

Watch out for what you say to people, people are very differently sensitive, and stop swearing so much even though it's allowed many other younger players might take you as their "role model". The new players just logged on and you tpaccept them, then you get mad because they grief...i can see you mad for that reason but your not a new player and should have never accepted that tpa..... We lost new players because we never got a chance to explain any rules to them.
I honestly can't blame you for being mad. You have every right to be as you work hard on your builds which i do admire..
You have grown a lot but you need to get past the language barrier which makes you look bad even though i truly believe you are one of the smartest /brightest individuals in this server...perhaps it is that very reason i hold you with such harsh criticism... I see more in you then you may even see yourself.....You are far better but you already knew this.............+1 you have it in you to be an awesome Helper. I hope you get the position.....

Rule 8, no spamming... I didn't spam, I spoke a lot but didn't spam, I think?

Rule 10, no excessive swearing. No one told me to stop swearing, therefor it wasn't excessive.

I truly believed wowman was going to change but has been displaying his aggressiveness towards players when they don't agree with him. Has been fowl mouth and using the chat inappropriately by chatting about his sexual desires.....even after being told by many players...tipsy or not there is no excuse for such behavior ... Lacks the ability to take criticism and learn from them...Has taken to argue relentlessly with staff at every chance given.. specifically targeting some on the forums and the server chat...I have come to the conclusion that he will in no way be a good Staff member as he can't follow simple rules or directions given to him by the very people (Staff) who provide a safe environment on the server....As smart as I know he is...... he really is in essence his own worse enemy.....

I revert to a -1 evidence of this can be found by looking on the forums .

-1. The reasons are pretty much the same which the other players have stated above me. It's a shame you are way different in game, because the application is good and you've put alot of effort into it.. But you need to show that same thing on the server. :)

@Luigi, that's because he's known by alot of people and he gets in most of the arguements/bigger problems that happen on the server. He tends to make a lot of complaints and is pretty active on the forums.. that's why.. (I think)
