Resetting the World

Now I know this is going to receive complaints from a lot of people, but please here me out.
Now late last year a hacker got on to the server and caused a lot of damage to the world and ruined the old spawn. We ourselves have also been causing this world to become devoid of resources and there a buildings everywhere, so much so that you can't really go anywhere without running into an abandoned base. I think a world reset would be beneficial to everyone. I understand that a lot of people have spent long days building their bases and homes, I myself have just opened a faction that I hope will thrive, and many have massive builds like the cathedral at spawn made by Armz, IceKittenx/JessieB. I love to explore but no offence, the landscape is littered with garbage and half finished bases that look like piles of trash. Don't get me started on the nether! It's worse than the over world! The nether has holes everywhere and there is practically no quartz or fortresses left! Please! Reset this world! We have poisoned it and we must start anew! Thank you!

NO I cannot lose my things I spent all day and so much time with my faction bases i`m sorry -1

A reset would be useful. If the map was reset we would lose a lot but we would have a new world.

Ok as much as I want to keep all my islands.I really want a new map so I will talk to my faction staff members about this and we will decide if we should vote for a map reset or -1 it.

the map reset is a great idea, there is so much land that is wasted that someone might need, and when every part of the world is claimed and there are new factions in need of land, half of the land will be wasted by inactive people

I'd just like you guys to know that a Minecraft world is literally infinite. A reset is not needed, there's plenty more space and resources.

Breannas a minecraft world is acctually limited to 25000 blocks from spawn in each direction.
Also here is a fact about this world i got using a software program. 50% of the world is greifed, 35% is filled with unfinished or discarded projects and 11% is taken by factions and the remaining 4% is harvested for minerals and resources.

We really badly need a reset
