-1 A couple weeks doesn't cut it. Try making a mod app on your 3rd or 5th month.Some things to work on are 1. If a conversation goes the wrong way, steer it in the right direction rather than shutting it down. Also if it's a conversation that you weren't a part of, don't try to become a part of it just so you can change the topic. 2. Get more experience on multiplayer. Explore a variety of servers and observe staffing, rules, and conduct. 3. Get to know players better, seeing their views rather than just listing them as desirable and undesirable. |

Abstain, you're pretty new and need some more experience on the server, I've also noticed you aren't the most mature with how you handle things, that being said don't go and try to act all official and serious, the trick is to have fun but act when you need to.Your hours are decent albeit a bit sporadic, you anywhere from 0 hours to 8.3 hours. Try to work on logging on each day (if you're able to). Work on these things and I'll update my vote! |
