The 30% Architect shop rule is where Architects have to sell items 30% over the average price. Many people on the server think that this is a good idea because it stops Architects from hoarding money and selling GMC items. I personally don't think this is a good idea. Architects have spent $90 (AUD) on a rank to get a disadvantage from other players. The 30% rule doesn't do much anyway. It just leaves Architects to have no money and would mean there would be no way in making it into /baltop. As many players would argue, Architects don't need huge amounts of money - and they're right, they don't. But having a goal to have the most money on the server would make many Archiects play on the server more often and for longer periods of time. Architects 'hoarding' lots of money would have no affect on the server as the money acquired from voting boosts the economy anyway. GMC items being sold at shops is a poor reason to have the 30% rule as Architects can easily hand out GMC items to another player without any problems. It's simple - if an Architect sells GMC items at a shop there should be a punishment for that player. Every Architect shouldn't have to pay the price for one Architect's mistake. |

+1 it's a stupid rule and it doesn't work. Even then, it's counterproductive |

I do believe that the 30% rule on Architects is quite tough, but we need a different approach in order to prevent Architects selling GMC items. |
