Hey.This server was my childhood, my influence growing up, the place where who i am cultivated, and what i would become was sparked. I met so many amazing people on this server, incredible builders, soulbound friends, eternal companions, even. But today, on the precipice of a new update, i would like to say farewell to Mushroom Co. No i'm not leaving, but the Mushroom Co. I knew has already gone. I just never ushered them away. The server now is in, worse shape considerably than in the past. The community, once filled with kind, and creative thinkers. Is nothing more than a toxic landfill of spam, hate, and the n word. I'd like to bid farewell to all those friends i made long ago. Lerz ACe Mumfie Shindori Hell, even Chip. There's nothing more on this server that i can reasonably say gives it any form of backbone or hope. All it's running on is the fumes of a time long past. Mushroom Co. is dead. What this new server is? I can't really say. That's up to Loki to decide. There's really nothing you can do to save the old era, it's already been buried, dead for years and essentially forgotten. Nothing you can do, whether it be "promote new staff" or "put in new rules" or "ban toxic players" When you're promoting the wrong staff, putting in the wrong rules, and banning the wrong players, you're going backwards. Nothing gets done except a decrease in overall players. Stop focusing on trying to live off of your past, the glorious Mushroom Co, because all you're doing for the server is ruining it. This isn't Mush Co. anymore, this is something else entirely. This isnt a complaint really, because there's nothing specific im complaining about. It's moreso an announcement that there's nothing you can do. I won't be actively participating in the server except talking in chat once and a while, and im still gonna hop on and afk because, it gives me something to do. I've gotten used to this husk of a childhood. R.I.P. Mushroom Co. Hello, something else entirely. |

If that was the case, then why do we ban the bad players rather than issuing a discipline appropriate to the situation? Why do staff shoot down suggestions made by players they don't like, sometimes going as far as calling the suggestion stupid? |

Even with the ups and downs we have had Aouldrain. I will truly miss you. You have been a valid and active member of this server for as long as I can remember. You based your time on this server to change the way we play this server and make it how it was. A real community. I admire your efforts and congratulate how far you have come. Alas, I hope to see you around 😌 |

Everything changes as time goes on, the server is no exception especially since it's constantly getting new players and losing old players. If a player leaves the server for an extended period of time, like a full year, it's likely when they return they'll feel like they don't fit in and quit again just a few days later. |

The statement that we cater to any playing style refers to the ability to do lots of things like spleef, make shops, pvp, build, and many other minigames. 3. We still have shops that players can make, similar to chestshops, and chestshops should be back on the server soon. Staff should issue a discipline appropriate to the situation. |

where has everyone gone? Almost everyone that I knew from 2017 doesn't play anymore or sometimes joins. The only one I remember from 2017 who still plays is Shad and it makes me sad. Ace, Reki, Ck, belgn, giulia, even wones. None of them are active. I still remember my first day on the server, I was greeted by people and ask for a faction that I could join. I was invited by Giulia to her faction EDEN and together we made my first shop. I remember belgn would buy everything from it and i got upset because I would have to restock xD. I remember I built a giant ice boat track because I was bored and it connected to the old spawn. I remember the olympics and how fun they were. Those were the days ;( |

We still have shops that players can make, similar to chestshops (though it isn't chestshops), and chestshops should be back on the server soon, thought it isn't on the server. -- not to mention chestshops can be fully automated, while signshops cannot. Staff should issue a discipline appropriate to the situation, but they don't. |

The update to 1.14 was the worst mistake you could have possibly made. Even if you did get rid of 1.14 items people worked hard for, it would be more beneficial to turn the server back to 1.13 because whoever the fuck decided that the update was good was completely wasted.You god damn idiots have been killing the server for years and the players have been doing YOUR JOBS FOR YOU to save it, like unbanathon. Can't you FOR ONCE, DO YOU JOB AND FIX SOMETHING INSTEAD OF SITTING UP THERE ON YOUR CRUMBLING THRONE WITH THIS COMPLEX THAT SOMEHOW YOU'RE ALWAYS RIGHT? The people of this server have CONSTANTLY told you what to do do make it better and you've ignored us and sometimes flat out were rude to us. Everyone behind this decision is a disgrace, thanks for nothing. |

Agree. 1.14 is a trash update for lag even on Singleplayer, I don't know what tf they were thinking when they updated.Then when I complain and suggest rollbacking to 1.13, Luigi just says we'd lose out on 1.14. Considering it took me 5 minutes to send a 10 char message, that's the most bullshit excuse I've ever heard. |

Some of us have been around since the beginning. Most of us have made many memories here.Seeing it empty all the time is quite heartbreaking, isn't it? Especially at a time when before the server was updated it would average 10-20 people. We could always rely on mush for a good chat, right? Well unless you like a quiet server... very quiet or like talking to yourself, that's not the case anymore 'n' Of course, many think updating so soon was a mistake, including me. But I have faith that the server will very slowly return to its original lively state after the 1.14.1 update is released! (hopefully) |

I have to agree, since I joined back in 2015, the server has been on a decline, there's usually less than 20 players at all times, chat is usually dead, and other than long term veterans, there's not many other people. |

@Aoi to think the staff are doing their best, I can tell you've been acclimated to lazy leaders. They can do so much better, but the rank makes them feel smarter and stronger than they are, and they don't see room for improvement from the top of the chain. |
