Hello, My name is Miss_Sassy34. I have been on this server ever since December of 2017 and have enjoyed my time on this server. I believe this server is different from others, It has been able to develop a small but close community and I commend each and every member of the server for this. I was banned from Mccities almost 3 years ago for a mistaken theft, but have realised my fault and have been unbanned and forgiven by the members of this community. I also stole someone's items when I first joined in December. I did not purposely try to cause pain on the player but I did return the items after my fair ban of 3 days. Why do you think you should be a moderator? Being staff for a server is tough at times role. It requires little to no biased and can mentally and physically strain staff. But I think due to my long time on the server and kind and caring manner, I would be able to handle my stress and complete my role as a staff member for Mushroom. I am a very friendly member of the community and have made friends with most of the players. I do have somewhat of experience from being staff on countless smaller servers on the server where you could make smaller servers (not sure if the server is still active/alive anymore). When I am on in the afternoons and sometimes on the weekends when there are fewer people playing there is rarely any staff on and people who are in need of assistance are left with no one to help them especially defaults and new players who normally join at these times. I believe if I were staff I would be able to assist these players to the best of my abilities and make the server a better place. I also am familiar of how the server works and I know most of the commands and plugins on the server so it will be easier for me to assist new players if they are unfamiliar on how this server works. I have also created small initiatives to make the server more accessible and interesting including my Metro, Mushroom Mall and PugCorp. How long can you be active on the server every day? I am quite active on the server logging on for about 1-2 hours a day. On weekdays I can be active for about 1-3 hours and on weekends 3-4 depending on activities What country do you live in? Staff positions can open at any time, so don't give up!I'm gonna Abstain for now simply because I don't think you're the most mature person for the job, and I'm not sure how capable you are of filling a mod position. It requires minimum bias and tough skin. I commend you for your recent activity, you've bumped it all the way up to 4 - 5 hours per day! Keep working hard and I'll update my vote! |

-1While on the one hand your activity is to be applauded, from the conversations with you and overall seeing you on the server I get the feeling you are not the type of person that would fit well on this staff team as a moderator. To continue on what Shad stated above, being calm, not acting on impulse, listening to people and having minimal bias is what is required of a staff member. I word this not as an insult or a critique, but as a friendly advice that not all people find themselves fitting in as a staff member. This is a game after all and we all play to have fun, so if you lose the fun part of it when you join the staff team it would end bad. For these reasons I do not think you should try going for staff, since you are still with a clean record and without enemies. Being staff on this server means that you will step on peoples toes in order to keep the server afloat and the rules kept to. If you want to help, I suggest doing it from a players perspective. Helping out in ways that staff members cannot is a worthy cause and I see you are one of the few players that do that. Keep up the good wok. |

Thank you for this most generous feedback. I can definantly see what you mean by fitting in as staff member. I am defiantly still trying to build myself up with confidence and at times, I can be abit of a softy to new players when they make wrong decisions. I 100% agree with what you have to say tamnica and I for your reasons above, will try to keep making this server a better place, without having a staff rank and hopefully one day, be ready to take on the big role as a staff member. Thank you tamnica. I am also happy for anymore players to give me feedback on how I can improve. |

By a minimum bias, he means having minimal difference between your own bias and the staff team's shared biases. I call it ideological inbreeding. |
