As far as I know, the only bans on my record are bans that have been issued by fellow staff on a server I used to moderate/admin on, purely jokes. Why do you think you should be a moderator? I have a fairly wide online time, including times when none or nearly non of the existing staff are on, got plenty of experience (about 1 year as a mod and 5 as admin on a server that was online for roughly 3 years and then revived for another 3, and some other servers. Also able to remain unbiased, whether they are friends or enemies or just players, all are equal and will be handled so. I would say I'm dedicated to the server, I just got back from a week-long holiday so I haven't been able to play then, but other than that, I'm on daily, with an online time of at least 4/5 hours a day, if not more. I enjoy helping other players to make their gaming experience better. I'm very patient. How long can you be active on the server every day? At least 4/5 hours a day but usually longer. On the weekends I'm usually on from the moment I wake, till the moment I go to bed, no life and such What country do you live in? I live in the Netherlands, so that's GMT+1 How long have you been on the server? I wouldn't know, to be honest. No longer than a month, but I got a good feel of the server, it's people and how things work here, if I may say so myself. If I need to spend more time on the server to be considered though, I totally understand. Additional: I have and can be on Discord, both through phone and computer, so I'm reachable almost 24/7. Also in the possession of a Skype account but I prefer Discord. I work 4 days a week but am working to cut that down to 3 days, so I'll have even more time to be on. I'm just playing I'm not galbby, 100% +1 from me. You have done a lot including warp charity and other builds. You would be great as a mod on the server as all that you do is for the better of the Webb community. Keep up the good work and Good Luck
Presinus	Date sent: 2018/09/10 20:41:09 Of every mod applicant that Galbby reviewed, I think Hobbs is the saltiest about it. Anyway, my vote here is -1, and here's what I got: 1. You are way too new to the server. 2. I caught ye breakin' rules. 3. Bias is favour of one over another. You favour your belief of being unbiased, which is a bias. That also means you lied on your mod app, and are probably gonna end up like one of those mods who use no discretion when enforcing rules, justice, or order. 4. Having no life means you can be on longer, but probably have no experience in pretty much any useful skill of which would be desirable in staffing.

Thats a probably, so just an opinion, and it is my opinion that my 5 years of staffing on other servers have proved experience in usefull skills, but again, that is just my opinion. A group who only travels to gather facts. b. A group who only conducts experiments to make new facts. c. A group who only extracts potential facts from books. Ideally, you want to be in every group to gather the most facts, but you didn't go out. Surely you aren't in group a. Whether or not you experimented, I'm unsure. You may or may not be in group b. You got most/all your staffing experience from one source: Minecraft. You for sure are in group c.

I told you that I was going to build a shop there, but that it wasn't on the very top of my to do list. You then urged that you could use the land for your own projects. I told you that if you were that desperate to get said land, you could always buy it off me. You then went to CCShad to complain that I wasn't using my land. Never received a warning, seeing as no rules were broken. He only told me I had to start using the land or it might get declaimed. Not even once did I claim the spawnland with the intent of selling it, I claimed it with the intent of building a shop there(which was on there, however small, but now I expanded it) So please, before you start accusing people of breaking rules, be sure you know what the rules are, so you don't falsely accuse people :) As for point 4. Agreed, but other games call for other staffing. Some things that fly on other games will never fly here, or vice versa. That's like saying someone isn't qualified for being a soccer referee because he's only been refereeing at soccer matches and not at basketball and hockey. Before that it was just 4 blocks of cobble and 6 signs, and it was there for a very long time. After you built something, you just started rubbing in my face in msg that you didn't lose the plot. I showed no signs of despiration whatsoever, and you were lightning-fast to try to sell it to me. As for point 4, a soccer referee has the same rules to enforce no matter the game or location. Staffing varies throughout different servers, and you comparing it to a job of no discretion further leads me to believe you'd staff without discretion.

As i told you then, and earlier in one of my replies, and now(seeing as the message isn't coming through) I intended to build a shop there, but it was not on top of my to do list, I had other priorities. Setting up a base and providing a nearly steady income of items to sell. And yeah it was a few blocks of cobble and a few signs, just a basic shop till I got to the point where I had time to start on the shop properly You know who also has a plot with just a few blocks on it? about 20 other people, some of which dont even have anything on it. And I don't believe I messaged you about anything. Only placed a passive agressive sign stating that my shop was currently under construction due to the concerns of "SOME" players And I made the offer seeing as it is preposterous to sell land to someone, trying to make it clear I had no intention of unclaiming said land seeing as I had plans for it. But you know what, I could bicker back and forth with you all day, but I made my point, so I'm done now :) Also thankyou Aould and Tasty for your opinions <3
